¡No intentes ni siquiera el lobby beatful, y la palabra ”beatful” se detiene justo aquí en el lobby!! La habitación era vieja, las hojas eran demasiado pequeñas para la cama, y la cocina estaba directamente en la matriz; el lino se veía gris, El baño era exiguo y si tienes piernas largas, no puedes sentarse en el ”trono”. Las instalaciones de desayuno parecían una cantina en la época oscura de la ” Guerra Fría!! El desayuno era muy pobre, nada parecía fresco! Es una experiencia para olvidar!!!!

Stayed here for three nights in August 2023 while visiting Sarajevo and thought it was excellent. The hotel is right in the centre of town, near any number of restaurants and cafes, plus being on the top floors of the building has incredible views from the rooms (including bathrooms which is quite unique). The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, including the bed which led to excellent sleep. It's also moments walk away from some of the main sights in Sarajevo. The staff really friendly, especially Ane who was super helpful and great to chat to about travel and Bosnia in general. When I arrived at the building, I wasn't sure how to get to the actual reception/hotel because it's only the upper floors, and couldn't see a sign, but just take the lift to the top floor and you come out at reception. The cafe in the hotel seems the place to be for young Sarajevo residents and plays loud music until 23:00 on the dot, which can heard in your room above. Those two minor points aside, I loved my stay here, was quite sad to leave and look forward to hopefully staying again, next visit.

El Aparthotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad y es especialmente bueno si quieres caminar. El hotel está situado en una colina, por lo que el regreso a pie puede ser cansado. La habitación es espaciosa y limpia, pero la cama es incómoda y nos molestó que el máximo en el termostat se estableció a 22 grados(que era bajo para nosotros). En el piso 5 hay una terraza con una hermosa vista donde podrá disfrutar de su café de la mañana y un cigarrillo. El hotel también tiene un garaje de estacionamiento bajo tierra donde puede dejar su coche sin cargo alguno.

¡El desayuno es bueno! La actitud del servicio es muy buena, la ubicación es muy buena, caminar a todas las atracciones principales es muy conveniente, el único inconveniente: el calentador de agua eléctrico, el baño de agua hirviendo, dos personas se lavan, luego de lavar a una persona, hay que esperar un rato para lavar.

Location excellent Rooms big & perfect Big windows with excellent view The rooms are covered with carpet Bedsheets clean Towels I didn’t use none so can’t say anything Daily clean is done Everything is around you The best part is you have a big mall next to you & also a tram that takes you direct to the old town. Swimming pool & spa amazing My only concern is the breakfast time & the service that is provided Customer . Service is 0. It needs to be improved & staff need to be well trained & understand what is customer service. Otherwise its a place to be.

I was part of an organized tour so did not choose this hotel. When I arrived the air conditioning was turned off and the outside temperature was in the high 30's. The room was like an oven. The only person working in the hotel was on Reception and although - she tried to help me nothing worked. I had to open the window at night and hope for the best. It was finally fixed the following day. The room was tiny. There was a fridge installed at the end of the bed but it was impossible to open the door of the fridge because the end of the bed was jammed up against it!! How stupid! Why have a fridge if you can't open the door. The breakfast was very very poor. It was help yourself but there seemed to be nobody coming in to replenish the food ie. bread ran out but nobody came and filled it up. The only choice of coffee was instant. Very little choice and of poor quality. The only good thing about the hotel was the location. BTW - there were notices on the window claiming that there were services such as massages and saunas. When I asked i was told that they had stopped doing them - Again - why hadn't these notices been removed. The whole place needed someone to get a grip everything is done on the cheap.
