Celler Hof

Great location in old town area. However, car parking limited & need to book ahead - if full, then municipal car park down the road. Friendly & welcoming staff. Rooms comfortable, if a little dated. Have TV, fridge & toiletries. No coffee making facilities, however, I asked for a kettle & got one. Breakfast is buffet style & has a good choice of hot & cold food. Rooms very hot & no air conditioning - however, 2 fans were provided

Disappointing. The hotel is beautiful in itself and really very central. You can reach everything on foot. However, an employee is not friendly at all! Her name is Anja Ense. She always looks in a bad mood and also talks to the guests very coldly and condescendingly. You can feel a certain tension between the colleagues, which is also left out on the guests. Breakfast has a good selection, but it seems a bit disorganized and confused to me. The hotel is ok for 1-3 days.

We stayed for two nights and it was a very pleasant stay. Breakfasts were served on time. In fact, on the morning we were due to leave the hotel at 7:15am, we headed downstairs in advance of the 6:30am breakfast start and were invited in earlier. We were quite impressed how everything was ready in good time! The breakfast buffet was simple but satisfying. It was nice having a coffee carafe on the table as you walked in. Make sure to walk with your room keycard when out, as sometimes there is no one at the front desk if the team are in meetings, so you can let yourself in. We found it handy having the lobby bar and enjoyed sitting there in the evenings instead of braving the cold weather for a drink. I was coming down with the flu and it was nice to get my whiskey shots to add to my fresh lemon juice. We had a room on the 3rd floor facing an apartment building across the alleyway, but this was fine as we had thick drapes. The one thing we would have loved was a warm room upon arrival, especially when we had advised of our arrival time in the evening. It wasn't pleasant getting into a cold room in winter. But we turned the radiators up on high and within 1 hour we were warming up. I loved that the hot water came on almost immediately in the sink and shower. There's a little elevator which somehow fit neatly into a corner by the front desk in this historic property. You can't any more central for seeing the town and sights of Celle. But I don't suggested you walk from the train station. It would be quite a walk pulling suitcases.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Celle -- spacious, clean, affordable room with an amazing view of the Stechbahn. Parking was in the hotel's own little garage. I planned to leave before breakfast, so they made me a delicious to-go bag. Highly recommend!

Friendly check in from the lady, she showed me the garage for my motorbike, they charged me €13 which is a bit steep. Room, double, was large enough, bathroom clean and large. Beds were ok, but a bit warm under the duvets. A separate sheet would be nice in summer. Breakfast was good and a lot of choice. Location is perfect.

We stayed 1 night at Hotel Celler Hof based on its proximity to tge Celle Weinachten markt. We stayed in a comfort room with a view of the market. Unfortunately our room was on the 3rd floor and our view/window was high in a dormer like room & set back so the roof absorbed much of the view. We felt the hotel was reasonably priced and apparently quite popular as it was somewhat crowded at breakfast. They offer very convenient parking for moderate fee. The garage is literally a few steps from hotel but a little tricky to find. Recommend but if you want a room overlooking the market ask for 2nd floor.

Perfect location in this quaint village and free over-night parking outside hotel. Very clean and good sized family rooms. Large and tasty breakfast buffet. Dog friendly hotel. Hospitable staff. Internet connection was sufficient and fast.

Very nice hotel in center of Celle, a bit difficult to access in December due to Christmas Market (GPS don't work) Own garage behind the hotel. Nice opdated room with Wifi. Breakfirst very good. Overall a fine hotel

Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt. Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub. Freundliches Personal. Es wird ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet angeboten. Unser Zimmer im war ausreichend groß und gut in der Altbausubstanz saniert.
