¡Fui aquí el domingo soleado y no pude superar lo hermoso que es este lugar! Oeste 35 es un 45 minutos de camino de Cebu City. Fue muy bueno tomar un baño con vistas a las verduras lujosas! También tenemos un jacuzzi al aire libre e incluso una zona de horno de fuego que nos disfrutamos durante la noche sobre las canas de cerveza. ¡La experiencia fue sorprendente! ¡Era como tener nuestra luna de miel durante nuestra estancia. Haha. Y no sólo eso! Hablar de la comida? ¡Es tan bueno! Los alimentos en Haven Café (Restaurante de West 35) tienen una amplia gama de menús de saladas frescas, apetitos y muchos alimentos que seguramente se adaptan a su apetito a un precio muy asequible! ¡La respuesta sería un gran SÍ! Nunca sería suficiente de este lugar. Así que para alguien que pueda leer esto ahora, y que busca un lugar para juvenilizar y escapar de la vida de la ciudad, el West 35 Eco Mountain Resort es el lugar para ser!

I stayed here with my brother and we enjoyed our stay. It’s located very near (within walking distance) of a small mall (Parkmall, a very simple mall with a lot of food establishments a National Bookstore, and a Savemore grocery store), and fairly near SM JMall (around 2km away). The amenities are good, but I think it lacks sockets. There is one by the coffee maker, one of the lamps, and under the room phone socket in between the beds, but that one doesn’t work.
Upon entering the hotel, you are required to place your bags and belongings in a tray and put it through the X-ray machine, which is good for extra safety but can feel a little bit annoying at times (I don’t like the machine flaps touching my things and just tolerate it at airports since it’s required).
The staff was able to get us a room upgrade for free and followed my request of 2 beds instead of a queen -sized bed, which I requested in advance; although my request of a room near an elevator was not able to be accommodated as all the other rooms were occupied.
Service is good and they were able to get me an adapter (which I tried to use to get the power socket near the bed to work), but delivery was quite slow.
Overall, I would recommend bai hotel for its location, friendly staff, and amenities offered (just wish that the outlet near the bed worked).

We booked two rooms and we were only able to get one room when we checked in and the other room an hour and a half after! We followed up multiple times and complained about how the room wasn’t ready when it’s already the check-in time. They told us that the staff was already on the way up to bring the key card for the other room yet it took a long time (given the fact that the rooms were just at the second floor, above the lobby) when we followed up for the third time, we were told that the card was being brought from the main wing that’s why it’s taking so long like? we literally got the key card from our first room on the front desk lobby below our floor (ocean wing). They are also very strict about the room capacity that you have to pay 3k plus to pay for an extra person unlike other four-five star hotels. The room was also dusty, my boyfriend kept sneezing non-stop when we went in the room and had to take anti-histamine. Facilities were great though.

En el hotel, mi compañero y yo estuvimos unos días y el servicio era excelente. A continuación, habíamos planeado un viaje fuera de Cebu City por unos días, oímos que Quest también tenía apartamentos, así que hablamos con el personal de la oficina de negocios sobre alquilar un apartamento por 9 días cuando volvimos. El apartamento era espacioso, limpio y cómodo, el personal de la casa era agradable y muy acomodable. Si volvemos a Cebu, como esperamos hacerlo, sin duda colocaremos a Quest Residences en la parte superior de nuestra lista.

We arrived at 1:30 pm at the front desk of the hotel with my American friends. I booked all the hotel rooms, all paid sometime in Oct. ‘24. The front desk told us we had No rooms . I asked why? I dhowed them the confirmation, your e mail to me…all proof. They told me No payment from you was received by the hotel. I said why would that happened? They said they do not know. And told us flatly that they cannot contact you , the responsibility of contacting ang solving our problem is on me. I said, be reasonable. Trip.com whatever it is , is your partner in this. I cannot be the victim of whatevrr stupidity that happened. I m paid thats all. Its good a young man intervened and helped solve the problem. I was so furious i would like to kick the desk.
Sfter a long stand off, finally it was found out that you did not make any payment to JPark.
A company like yours, which does not pay, and hotel like JPark which i feel only think of their interest , the result is a victim like me, innocent yet delayed for hours in our use of the hotel room we paid for in advance. I almost turned violent because of what you did. My American and filipino friends could not believe what they are witnessing and experiencing. They can observe my frustration and embarrassment. Finally at a few minutes before 4:00 pm , we got our room. I will never deal with Trip. Com again and will not visit JPark again.

Super Clean and magaganda amenities nila my son is very happy and super enjoy. When it comes to staff nila very approachable and masiyahin lahat ng mga staff nila naka smile always and they always greet guests specially the one who handled us si Ms. Charie of FO shes so charming at naka smile palagi and very approachable kahit ang dami kong questions na kahit busy sila she answered all my questions genuinely. I recommend talaga solea especially if you have kids ma e enjoy talaga sila very friendly place.

UUsuario invitadoWe checked in last Sept.15-17 in Fili hotel we had a blast my family were satisfied all the services they offered. The hotel is a five star hotel, so its all worth it what you paid for. The last day we checked out accidentally we left my sons’s iphone in the room we noticed it when we were on the road heading home. I messaged the duty manager MR. STEVEN ROYO SANTIAGO assured to me that phone is just there in the room. Other staff were looking and asking others to help them to find until MR STEVEN SANTIAGO personally went to the room and searched and he found it. I am so happy, HONESTY and INTEGRITY is the right words for you sir STEVEN thank u so much.

JJardaniCHECK IN - the welcome was warm. Greeted by the security at the lobby and instructed to go to 3rd floor (main lobby) for checkin. Approached the front desk and the woman I spoke with (she was the manager I guess) told me to wait because rooms are still not ready since they were fully booked from yesterday's event. A few minutes later they approched and.proceeded with checkin. They gave us a room, away from the main elevator (which I requested), but gave us the the accessible room just beside the service elevator. I guess they have overbooked because I heard someone said, ”to release the buffer rooms.” The front desk lady who assisted me was nice and courteous. The only thing that was off from that experience was the tone of voice of the lady manager. I guess the regional accent was a factor, but I can sense she was judging me for my looks because I was only wearing slippers that time, and she can't find my booking at first, because it was a last minute booking. Not really creating an issue out of that, but just saying, don't judge, and please, the tone of voice.
THE ROOM - everything was great, just a basic room. PROS: A bed, the lights, there's a smart TV, water heater and 2 mugs, a pitcher and 2 water glasses, towels, toothbrush, a hairdryer, 2 rolls of tissue paper, body wash and shampoo refills, airconditioning, and a water refill station near the elevator, hot and cold water in the bathroom. CONS: they could have added slippers (even the reusable ones) because the floor is very cold. The room that was given to us had its bathroom tiles not set properly or balanced, so the water is everywhere in the bathroom instead of going to the drain.
RESTAURANT - there's free breakfast at the resto called Seaedr Prime. There's not much from the breakfast menu, and the bangus was not available. It includes the main dish plus fried rice, coffee, and fruit. They had watermelons served during our 2 night stay.
SERVICE - it was great. The housekeeper cleaned the room while we're away.
OVERALL - I would definitely book this hotel again for a very good deal. Location is nice and I would even compare it to a Holiday Inn.

La villa en la que nos quedamos fue la mejor! Teníamos una gran experiencia desde el check-in hasta el despegue. Todo fue rápido, ordenado. El personal de Crimson es el mejor! Todos los que nos conocimos fueron amigables y acomodados, listos para servir, respondieron a todas las preguntas y satisfacieron nuestras necesidades. Crimson tendrá un lugar especial en nuestros corazones! Gracias Crimson por todo! Dios bendiga! :)

Los propietarios están en el terreno y ayudan personalmente con los huéspedes y las cosas que se encuentran alrededor del complejo.
Los menús de comida se establecen para cada dos días, lo cual es único. ¡La comida está deliciosa! Una mezcla de cocina local y extranjera. Se complacen con cambios menores en cada comida si lo solicita. También preguntaron si queríamos que nuestro Mel se sirviera en nuestra habitación, ¡lo cual también es genial!
Solo para adultos, por lo que es un lugar tranquilo. La piscina es de 24 horas. La hora de salida puede ser flexible si se solicita y la habitación no está reservada para el día de salida.
Este es un gran lugar para parejas que desean un lugar tranquilo y relajante para quedarse.
Está cerca de Oslob, el lugar para ver tiburones ballena.
Si toma un autobús desde la ciudad de Cebú, el viaje es de aproximadamente 3,5 a 4 horas, dependiendo del tráfico.
La playa es relajante con una composición de arena muy natural y la arena no está conectada con el agua, está por encima de ella. Traiga zapatos para el agua ya que el agua es natural con coral. ¡Genial para bucear!
¡Por la noche encontramos un cangrejo ermitaño gigante en la playa! ¡Primera vez que veo uno tan grande!

El resto mixto es con una gran vista, pero puede ser fácil de llegar a la llena y rellenar toma tiempo especialmente el bacon. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, pero no hay mucho en el centro de la ciudad, pero los fundamentos están allí. Nos interrumpimos el sueño por error. Nos dormimos cuando llamaron a preguntar si estamos hechos con el hierro y el tablero que antes pedimos pero se desestimaron porque no estaba disponible. Además, fue un gran 2N/3D. Regresaremos cuando en la ciudad.

UUsuario invitadoI must start with the most incredible aspect of our experience, which far exceeded expectations. We accidentally left over $1,000 USD in our hotel room safe when we checked out. We didn’t realize this until after we had arrived on Boracay. I didn’t expect to ever see that money again. Certainly, in the US, there’s no chance in hell I’m ever getting that money back. Nevertheless, when I called the Holiday Inn Cebu City, the staff seemed genuinely committed to finding the money and somehow getting it back to me. Once they found it, they called me back immediately and confirmed the amount in the safe. Then, for the better part of two days, the staff visited various Western Union offices in Cebu City to find someone that would exchange the notes into pesos, which they could then send to me via Western Union in the US. They finally found someone who could send all but $300 because those were the older $100 bills that most foreign money changers won’t touch. Oh well, I was more than excited to get most of my money back. I was quite happy to leave the remaining $300 as a tip for their super service. Then, after a couple more weeks, they contacted me and let me know they were able to convert the remaining $300 to pesos. Keep in mind that this is a country where the wage rate is significantly lower than the US and this was a material amount of money. The staff at the Holiday Inn Cebu City was so honest and so committed to excellent customer service that they went out of their way to get the rest of the money to me. This in itself made me a life time, loyal customer of this hotel. Now, beyond this particular amazing experience, the hotel is the perfect spot for tourists. The rooms are impeccably clean and modern, the breakfast buffet was the best we had in Asia, and the swimming pool had a great view and was well appointed. The location is perfect for tourists because lots of places are walking distance, like the Ayala Center. Hands down a memorable stay for a world traveler who’s been to every continent. I highly recommend this property!!

The on-site restaurant offered a delightful dining experience, with a diverse menu and delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had plenty of options to satisfy every palate.
The hotel’s location is another highlight—close to major attractions yet nestled in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing stay. I also took advantage of the fitness center and spa, both of which were well-maintained and offered a great way to unwind.
Overall, my experience at Solea Pams Resort was exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I can’t wait to return!

При выезде возвращают. - Когда во всем городе из-за проливного дождя отключился свет, в отеле работал генератор. Но от вырабатываемого электричества питались только дверные электрозамки. DdiannacasoVimos este lugar en Agoda y decidimos reservarlo por las siguientes razones: - es cerca de ayala - fácil de reservar coche de la ubicación - se adapta a cuatro personas - se ve espaciado de las fotos Y no se decepcionó! Lo que me gustaba de nuestra estancia: - ha proporcionado nuestras necesidades básicas como ducha caliente y fría, un AC funcional, WiFi rápida ... También hay una rama 7/11 justo fuera del hotel, kfc y choking fast food chains. - inicialmente reservamos sólo por 1 noche, pero lo ampliamos por 2 debido a nuestra experiencia positiva. - servicio al cliente es satisfactorio. El personal fue amable y atento. - desayuno es inclusivo. El resto está situado en el piso 12 y tiene una gran vista de la ciudad. - presupuesto amigable. Nuestra primera noche pagamos P1845 y P1700+ a través de Agoda. No es malo para tres personas (la habitación se adapta a cuatro). El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer.
