Pase unos días inolvidables..... La atencion del personal es dedicada y esmerada!! Lo mejor el Dj. Sobre todo por que es de Boca!! La animación excelente!!! Lo recomiendo... te hacen la estadía en el hotel maravillosa!! !!!!!! Te hacen sentir la cubania en todo momento.

Como siempre un magnifico hothel ,nayibi y juana siempre tan amables ,es muy bueno el equipo de animacion completo,buena comida en el buffet con Freddy, calbo ,alejandro ,el snack bar muy buena atencion de parte de jose y rossett , melia sigue siendo una buena opcion.

Queremos agradecer al personal del hotel por tan buena atención recibida. Al equipo de animación, los meseros, los encargados de mantenimiento y entre otros, excelentes. Sin dudas un bellísimo lugar y dónde súper lo recomendaría. Gran calidez humana y una experiencia que en lo personal la adoré. Desde Uruguay , un gran abrazo!!!

Lorena Picco. Las palabras son pocas para describir lo maravilloso de este lugar. Una playa increíble, con aguas turquesas y arena blanca... La habitación fue confortable, todo en perfectas condiciones. El equipo de animación, Victor y Jorge nos enseñaron a bailar . Hicimos yoga en la playa... espectacular !! Siempre alegres y divertidos. Los chicos del bar y bufete, Jeni, Manuel y muchos más, nos atendieron con mucho cariño. Siempre atentos a todo lo que necesitábamos. Un lugar al que quiero volver por su playa y por su gente.Gracias!

Una experiencia placentera, ha sido un lugar fantástico. Buen servicio y trato del personal, buena comida y habitaciones excelente. Es un hotel muy hermoso y que es de gran capacidad, actividades varias y muy atractivo y simpático el personal.

Los empleados del hotel son muy amables, en particular las muchachas del Miniclub para niños. Súper atentas creativas y simpáticas con mi hija. Los shows del hotel sobresalientes, muy buenos bailarines! El profe de baile y el muchacho que pasa música también, súper divertidos. Quienes atienden los bares cerca de la piscina, y del lobby muy simpáticos y atentos. Muy buena limpieza, mantenimiento y estado de la habitación. La playa muuy linda. Sólo puedo decir en contra que me pareció menos abastecido que el Meliá de Varadero

Viajamos a Cayo Santa María en busca de sol, playa y descanso y eso fue lo que encontramos en el Hotel Meliá Cayo Santa María. Desde el primer momento en la recepción todo fueron atenciones. La habitación con vistas al mar mejor de lo esperado, una elección muy recomendable.

Excelente relación calidad-precio y en especial el servicio.Todo el mundo nos atendió estupendamente, destacaría a los animadores Jorge, el personal de la playa Leo del catamarán ó el socorrista Yazmani, lo mismo los camareros y encargados del bufet y de los bares y terrazas

Las habitaciones perfectas para el descanso, los empleados muy bien de diez, si tuviese que elegir a uno no sabría con quien quedarme, pero me voy a mojar, todos los empleados que me crucé muy bien, pero ahí va: Joss el de la barra de la piscina por su trato y su cercanía, pero no le quito nada al resto del personal…., José el del puesto de las toallas, Leo el de los catamaranes, Yasmani el socorrista, etc, Todos muy cercanos y cariñosos, me quedo con todos. Volveremos a vernos Un fuerte abrazo a todo el personal
