Hotel Valentino

This accommodation is a complete diasaster. I was in a room at the attic (room B). You reach this room by a small staircase (no problem so far) but once you're in, you will never get out in case of an emergency. There were bars for the window so imagine there will be a fire and you have to get another way out (not the staircase) there is absolutely no escaping the fire or whatever emergency there is. When you are very slim, maybe you can fold yourselve between the bars, to arrive in the middle of blind walls so high there's no escaping there either. Since the hotel has no fire alarm system and a crappy electric system (electricity wires in the shower cabin for example) an inferno in this accommodation is a real possibility. Furthermore the rooms were dirty. There were growing stalactites and mushrooms in the bathroom. Stay away if you want to stay healthy and safe!!!!!

This hotel is located just above a strip club (which would make an advertisement for some people). So at 10.30 pm the very loud music (image the worst 90s eurobeat) starts and it will only stop somewhere 5 am. So pretty much the time someone who is visiting a hotel wants to sleep. It is really bad and the service at the hotel was not sufficient. While the party at the stripclub rouses no one will be available at the service desk (probably because of the music). The day after I complained an got not a helpfull response. No other rooms available and I was the first to complain about the noise. To make things worse, the coffee at this place is like sewer water. So after surviving the stripclub noise, they will try to poison you with their coffee. Go to the nearby McDonalds for breakfast if you want to have a decent breakfast. But my advise is to stay away as far as possible.

Ho prenotato tramite sito aziendale 10 giorni prima per due notti. Il giorno dell 'arrivo mi chiamano e mi telefonano per avere conferma della mia venuta, che io confermo tramite telefonata e via mail. Una volta in albergo mi dicono che c'è stato un fantomatico problema e che hanno una sola camera che mi hanno mostrato e che era una sorta di sottotetto senza finestre piccolo e senza aria, pretendendo la tariffa piena di 100 euro a notte pagamento anticipato. Ovviamente sono corso via ...veramente pessimi . Il consiglio è di starne lontani!

Ho prenotato senza troppa fretta avendo bisogno di un posto per dormire perché abbiamo perso il treno,per cui non avevo troppe pretese,ma una notte passata in un posto senza finestra, puzzolente, sporco , veramente mi sembrava di sognare, oltretutto pagato ad un prezzo esagerato per quello che ha offerto. Sono scappato appena possibile.

Hotel che si trova al primo e secondo piano di un vecchio edificio in una zona che mi è piaciuta, nel centro storico vicino alla Cattedrale, a via Etnea e ai giardini Bellini in un'area molto viva e con tanti locali. Il piano (secondo) dove ero io è molto bello e caratteristico, mi è piaciuto. La camera era poi bella e spaziosa dotata di aria condizionata, tv, un bel bagno e un letto grande e molto comodo. Personale efficiente e gentile. WiFi funzionante. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Purtroppo esperienza disastrosa,abbiamo deciso di fare un week end i famiglia a Catania e abbiamo prenotato un questo albergo.ci ha accolti la ragazza abbiamo pagato prima che ci facessero vedere le stanze. Un disastro un vero tigurio da incubo,dalle tubatura del bagno una puzza orrenda ,camera vecchia e sporca, letto matrimoniale finto due lettini vicini,e poi la stanza piena di zanzare .alla mia lamentela la risposta è di stata la presina per le zanzare!!!!!mio Dio!delusione piena peccato la struttura poteva fare invidia al vicinato bastava poco.
