Swansea Waterfront

很老的酒店，設施很陳舊。不過樓下就有公交站台可以去bus station，以及開到很晚的tesco express。 離市中心和沙灘都比較遠。不是很建議旅遊入住。

Room not set as requested with two singles on arrival, extract fan didn’t work very steamy when showering, very little tea and coffee in the room, only towels for one person in the room. Hot breakfast and tea went very cold quickly due to air con,

I stayed here for one night on 25 September. The curtain rail fell down and woke me up just after 3.00am and I could not get back to sleep. I reported this just before breakfast at 7.30am. I felt it would bother more guests if I started opening and closing doors at 3.00am. I have been told that I should have reported it at the time. So apparently premier inn would rather you disturb guests at 3.00am rather than wait a suitable time. Then at 8.15 while I was on a Teams meeting in my room significant noise from drilling nearby could be heard. I had to stop my meeting. After discussing it with Premier inn customer service, they advised that they are allowed to start work after 8.00. They neglected to say about their responsibility to statutory nuisance. After speaking to their customer service and promises of call backs they now will no longer discuss. I will obviously be taking it further, but it's disappointing to see a lack of empathy and common sense from Premier Inn. I had also stayed in two separate premier inns the two previous days which again had poor service and was reported. I normally stay in Premier Inn and all of my employees/colleagues also. I think this will change in the future unfortunately.

Had a great stay at Premier Inn Swansea Waterfront. Lovely room, everything needed was provided. Such a comfortable bed!!! Very nice toiletries, helpful staff, so handy to have a great Beefeater Inn attached. Excellent food, reasonably priced.

The hotel , and particularly the service in the restaurant both morning and evening , was of the highest standard . The location was very good , just off the main road into Swansea and a stroll away from the town centre . You were always made to feel welcome , nothing was ever too much trouble and there was always time for a quick chat to see how things were going . Definitely a place I would go back to .
