I stayed in a single room, it was basic, there was no kettle in the room or a mirror in bedroom, had to use the bathroom one. The bathroom was nice and clean. The room had lots of storage and a minibar. I didn't get any bottles of water in my room until the second day. The air conditioning/heating hard to control, so I just ended up turning it off. It was also unusual that the rooms don't have door handles on the outside, so had to make sure the door was definitely closed. Breakfast was decent, lots of bread and pastries, some hot food and self service hot drinksand juice. The hotel seems to be in a business park, near to some shops and across the street from McDonald's, but not sure how to get across.

Was on a business trip and stayed at La Favorita for 10 nights...I have no complaints,wish I could stay longer though.Located close to mall,restaurants(if you choose to not make use of restaurant at hotel),if you're a runner(like myself) the lake is less than 2km away for a nice jog....Staff was very friendly and communication in english was no problem,cause I'm from South Africa and speak nor understand no word of Italian.

Amazing place close to a beautiful little town. Staff is great speaks good English and very helpful. We been well looked after, if I go again on a private trip, I’ll definitely stay with them again. Absolutely spot on cleanness, and customer service was spot on too.

Antiseptic. Bizarre lighting system in room. Stained hall carpets. Layout of bathroom: toilet near the bed separated by a translucent sliding door. Location in the middle of office structures and parking lots. Suburban rim - not walking distance to the city. If there is a shuttle service no one told us.

A very nice, clean and modern hotel in the periphery of Mantova, yet not too far away from its centre. I liked everything about the place - the staff, my room, the spacious bathroom, the cleaning they did daily. I would definitely return!

The personnel is kind and the premises are excellent! We spent a good tip with this hotel. I wish them everything good! The location provides good parking area - free. There is a conenient bus station to connect with the city.

... but poor service (there were two of us and we received a courtesy set for one person). Even the shower needs a descaling treatment. The restaurant was good and the receptionists were nice. We chose such a hotel based on its distance from the Arena where the concert was held

Nice and modern hotel although located a bit far away from the centre and close to a trafficated road. Rooms are modern and elegant. Restaurant is ok with very good service . Reception welcome can be improved.
