Have just returned from a few days in Westlight and have nothing but praise for the staff. From our arrival to departure they could not do enough for us. We stayed in Room 3 with it's ultra comfy bed and also a chaise lounge, which turned out to be my saviour as I had injured my back. I was supplied with extra bedding in case I needed to sleep upright! but the bed was so comfy I slept fine. There are no bedside tables but there is shelf behind the bed which also houses charging points for phones etc, room for your books and a cuppa etc. The bathroom is a nice size with a really powerful shower and plenty of hot water. Plenty of fluffy towels. The patio has an incredible view over the beach and town, great to sit ( which I did a lot of ) with a coffee and watch the world go by. Amazing to wake up to the view every morning. The entire place is spotless ( and I am fussy! ) Breakfast was so good, plenty of choice for everyone and freshly made eggs and bread. Great coffee machine too. Also there are fresh pastries always available at reception 😋 Location is spot on with Town in one direction and the Marina in the other direction, both with 5-10 mins walk. So much to see and do. Have stayed at several accomodations in Cascais but this is by far the best 😊 So I would like to say a very big thank you to...Raphaela, Anna G, Xavier,Neuma and Ana F for looking after us you are all stars 😊 We look forward to returning soon Obrigada ♥️

Very over rated hotel. Rooms are tiny you can’t swing a cat. Not even a bedside table. Balcony was nice but needs comfortable furniture. In shade most of the time & bigger than the room. View was nice. Nowhere to store luggage. No hooks anywhere. Not comfortable.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Westlight Cascais Chalet. The room had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I am gluten intolerant and they were very thoughtful by ordering gluten free bread so that I could have it at breakfast. The location is perfect being near the city center. We rented bikes and rode the 10K route along the coast to the west. It was spectacular. While breakfast at the Chalet was great we also found a lot of good food in Cascais. One that we really liked was the Galeria - House of Wonders restaurant. The food is unique and delicious, staff great and the setting is creative and funky.

We spent 1 nights at Westlight in July 2023 and really enjoyed our stay. The room we got was lovely and had a huge balcony that overlooked the beach with a table and chairs. The views from the bed were gorgeous. The room itself was on the small side but after viewing other reviews we knew this but as we were there for a short stay it wan't an issue. The room had all the amenities including a small fridge, safe, coffee machine and iron. There is a key code system to access the building and your room which is super easy. The breakfast was a continental style buffet breakfast and it was a type of glassed courtyard - it was fine as we are not big breakfast eaters anyway. The entire staff were super friendly and efficient and nothing was a bother. Would definitely stay there again if in Cascais and would loved to have stayed longer.

This is not a hotel, maybe hostel or airbnb. No lift insiide, small place, no reception, smell inside the room. It just doesn' t fit the description on the website. They should be sincere and show the reality. The big price is just for being in the centre . Huge disappointment!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Westlight Cascais Chalet. The staff was welcoming and friendly and we enjoyed the included breakfast each morning. We knew from the reviews that the rooms were not big and storage might be an issue, but the trade off was the great location, beautiful view and the outdoor terrace. While worth it, simple additions such as wall hooks and shelving in the bathroom would have made for a more comfortable stay. There was a desk area, but some drawers instead would have been more useful and appreciated. Overall it was a wonderful visit and the sunrises were stunning…would only recommend a few simple storage adjustments to enhance the visitor experience.

I had the privilege of staying in Westlight Cascais Chalet for a few days with some friends. We had a lovely time. I am particularly grateful for the professionalism, kindness and compassion shown by Ms. Neuma. She made our stay there especially enjoyable.

My wife and I spent seven nights at Westlight in April. We enjoyed our stay. Below are some of the hotels best points and a couple of points to note. 1. The hotel is in a great central location and within a short walking distance [2/3 mins] from the town centre, good restaurant and bars. 2. The room we stayed had a lovely balcony that got great morning sun [up to about 13:30] overlooking the beach with views up the coast line towards Lisbon. 3. The room had good air conditioning, a small fridge, was very clean, and had a nice bathroom. The key code system to access the room and exterior doors later in the evening is great. 4. The team who run the hotel were all very pleasant and efficient. Some points to note: 1. The bedroom was quite small with limited storage. 2. Breakfast is a continental style buffet breakfast in a small walled area at the entrance side of the hotel [which is the street behind the hotel side facing the coast/beach]. The area is very tight when there are a number of guests having breakfast at the same time. Nice hotel, good staff, great location, well maintained, good facilities… “bijou”… we really enjoyed our stay.

Snagged this place for sadly only one night. Wish we could have stayed longer. Diego was very helpful when we arrived with our rental car and it was raining. He loaned us an umbrella and took our bags up while we returned the car. It’s easy to find, quiet, clean and quaint. We stayed in Room 6 with the best view! While not the largest room by any means, the best balcony for sure overlooking the beach and harbor. Breakfast was served and was perfect before we headed to the airport. Shower was super nice and bed was comfy! Def don’t miss this little gem because it’s near all the food and shops etc.
