Westlight Cascais Chalet - Adults Only

We had a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay at Westlight Cascais. From check in to check out the staff were professional, cheerful and helpful. Accomodation and breakfast area were very clean. Continental breakfast was superb- it was fresh and very tasty. We slept soundly each night- the mattress and pillows were so comfortable and the room temperature was easily adjusted. The shower was very clean with plenty of hot water. We woke to a sea view each morning that was so beautiful despite some rainy days.

Westlight is an amazing hotel. The staff were all friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and super comfortable. We had room 6 with the most spectacular view of the ocean. Westlight is close to restaurants and most scenic destinations with a short uber to beautiful beaches. Westlight we cannot wait to be back!

Have just returned from a few days in Westlight and have nothing but praise for the staff. From our arrival to departure they could not do enough for us. We stayed in Room 3 with it's ultra comfy bed and also a chaise lounge, which turned out to be my saviour as I had injured my back. I was supplied with extra bedding in case I needed to sleep upright! but the bed was so comfy I slept fine. There are no bedside tables but there is shelf behind the bed which also houses charging points for phones etc, room for your books and a cuppa etc. The bathroom is a nice size with a really powerful shower and plenty of hot water. Plenty of fluffy towels. The patio has an incredible view over the beach and town, great to sit ( which I did a lot of ) with a coffee and watch the world go by. Amazing to wake up to the view every morning. The entire place is spotless ( and I am fussy! ) Breakfast was so good, plenty of choice for everyone and freshly made eggs and bread. Great coffee machine too. Also there are fresh pastries always available at reception 😋 Location is spot on with Town in one direction and the Marina in the other direction, both with 5-10 mins walk. So much to see and do. Have stayed at several accomodations in Cascais but this is by far the best 😊 So I would like to say a very big thank you to...Raphaela, Anna G, Xavier,Neuma and Ana F for looking after us you are all stars 😊 We look forward to returning soon Obrigada ♥️

Very over rated hotel. Rooms are tiny you can’t swing a cat. Not even a bedside table. Balcony was nice but needs comfortable furniture. In shade most of the time & bigger than the room. View was nice. Nowhere to store luggage. No hooks anywhere. Not comfortable.

We spent 1 nights at Westlight in July 2023 and really enjoyed our stay. The room we got was lovely and had a huge balcony that overlooked the beach with a table and chairs. The views from the bed were gorgeous. The room itself was on the small side but after viewing other reviews we knew this but as we were there for a short stay it wan't an issue. The room had all the amenities including a small fridge, safe, coffee machine and iron. There is a key code system to access the building and your room which is super easy. The breakfast was a continental style buffet breakfast and it was a type of glassed courtyard - it was fine as we are not big breakfast eaters anyway. The entire staff were super friendly and efficient and nothing was a bother. Would definitely stay there again if in Cascais and would loved to have stayed longer.

This is not a hotel, maybe hostel or airbnb. No lift insiide, small place, no reception, smell inside the room. It just doesn' t fit the description on the website. They should be sincere and show the reality. The big price is just for being in the centre . Huge disappointment!
