I got there around 7:30pm. The agent who came (a young man) from down the hallway offered no welcoming greeting. He was on his phone. I had everything ready for him (employee voucher, DL, credit card), and he sends me to either a dirty room or one occupied (room 120). I go back to inform him. He offers no apology, gets on the phone to speak about the situation (wasn't in English), gave a new key then he was basically finished. Customer service skills are not up to par like housekeeping. The shower in the room I got 311 still had long black hair very much so in it (I have grey hair), but it's good for anyone with bad knees. Now if you have arthritis in your body the mattress will have you in pain, but I can't say my stay was horrible or my room filthy. I can say my first experience years ago was better which is why I came back a second time.
