Recently remodeled, 4-bedroom 2.5 bath, 2100 sf two story home that overlooks the Sierras and Carson City. Built on a hillside, the front door enters the upper level which contains the living room, kitchen, master bedroom with an en-suite bath, laundry room and a half bath. The downstairs has three bedrooms, a full bath and a family room with French doors that lead out onto the South patio. It is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen. The 600 sf upper level deck offers great views. The three paver patios surrounding the house offer over 1400 sf of outdoor living space. You can always find a shady spot to relax and enjoy the passing wild life which may include rabbits, deer, coyotes, horses, and a variety of birds. Our home is next to Federal BLM land. You can bring side by sides and atvs and ride to Virginia City. Centrally located.
