Lovely hotel near the city Center with tram stop right outside. Public transport is free from the airport but you will need to request a ticket from the hotel before you arrive. Staff are very helpful, and the breakfast will sort you out for the whole day.

Really nice hotel in a wonderful area of Geneve. The style is old fashioned but with its own style. Good breakfast with sweet and salty options. The staff wrote us in advance to let us know that any air conditioning was available, for us it wasn’t a problem.

Very nice place. Near transportation that will take you all the way to CERN. Special rooms, liked the athmosphere, some noice in evenings from the garden but it was nice. Will defenately go back if i am able to. No AC but that does not bother me Very nice.

Sincerely, try to avoid this hotel. Impossible to sleep if you have a room streetside. The Tramway stop is just below...so, during summer, without airco, you need to open the window and then, you hear the tramways stopping every 5 min , people waiting for the tram who are laughing, talking,... The tramway transport stop at 2pm and starts at 6-7 am...you won't sleep much. Additionally, people from the hotel do not make you feel like you were at home...rather the contrary...really not friendly. Just one example among others : there's a restaurant with plenty of free table...coming back from our visit trip to Geneva, we just wanted to have a drink inside where lots of table were available ...the answer : no, not possible...you do not even get an explanation. Furthermore, there is no parking facilities at the hotel and people from the hotel do not help you to find a solution, so be prepared to pay an expensive car park or an expensive parking fee as every little parking square meter is chargeable in Carouge. Conclusion : flee this hotel, do not book it!

We came to Geneva on a weekend visit. Staying one night here. Friendly staff on arrival (Mr Savoy) The room was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Queen size bed which was extremely comfortable. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant at the hotel and breakfast the following day. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Highly recommend this hotel. The tram is just outside and regularly run.

Amazing place, great rooms and super kind staff. Definitely a place to stay in Geneva. The place is in the charming Carouge, a nice area full of bar and cozy restaurants. Rooms are very quiet and the staff is very kind and supported us during the stay. Recommended !

This is a lovely hotel situated in one of the main streets of Carouge and just several tramway stops away from the center of Geneva. It is very cosy and comfortable and the Italian owner takes very good care of his guests. There is obviously an excellent Italian restaurant in the house with a wonderful terrace for outdoor dining in summertime. The rooms are comfortable and everything is being done to make you feel at home. Highly recommended !

I was in the music room in the attic. The bed was very comfortable, and the en suite was good. It looked charming, as did the whole hotel. However, there's no aircon, but there was a fan in the room although the window didn't stay open by itself. The outside patio was noisy in the evenings with the window open and the public eating/drinking in the restaurant. However, you cannot eat breakfast outside. This was key for me, as I'm covid-adverse. I asked if I could eat breakfast outside and pointed to the front, the receptionist shook his head and indicated out the back, and yet the 3 times I eat breakfast the back was locked. It was stuffy, and guests coughed and sneezed without covering their faces. Food is less than basic, which surprised me given how much they rate their restaurant! Hot food was toast, and boiled eggs but these are not advertised: you have to guess!
