I was pretty happy with my stay at Nomada. Bed was comfortable (though they didn't give me the lower bunk I asked for). Room had AC. Decent privacy. Property is mostly clean. Not sure the kitchen is cleaned by staff on a daily basis or if they expect guests to do that. Dorms room cleanliness depends on who is staying there. Same with how respectful they are of the space. Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen had everything in terms of cookware and utensils. Fridge should be cleaned a bit more. Overall, no complaints on this. Excellent location. You're near the airport and it's a quick walk to the beach. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. No noise even though you're right off a busy highway. I didn't use the pool that much but sat by it pretty regularly. Would be great to have more comfortable seating. Generally, there are no staff people around. I'd say the front desk is staffed 10% of the time. Staff is generally reachable by text. My sense is that they are more focused on running the bar/club than the hostel. I would recommend Nomada to friends but the rate was spendy. Top marks for having a hostel WhatsApp chat - great for getting ideas for what to do and meeting up with other guests.

Nos registramos el viernes y Maribel nos recibió en la recepción. Ella le brindó a todo nuestro grupo un excelente servicio al cliente durante toda la estadía junto con Pedro. Se quedaron con Embassy Suites superó nuestras expectativas. ¡Esperamos regresar en el verano de 2021!

Let me start off by saying, I was going to give the hotel a descent review. However, since they renege on giving our deposit hold back, explaining to my husband that wasn’t a hold on his card to get back, but a 3rd party charge. Even though, we was both at the check in desk and Grisala told us the $101 will be held until we check out and it will go back on our card depending on how long it takes our bank. Since we are a couple who don’t complain much and tends to go with the flow, we disregard the leaking air condition, the power outage, the cold water, lack of communication and rapid response. The only feature that stood out about the hotel was location and our partial view. In addition, the staff was welcoming and friendly when we did come across them. The young men on the beach who was in charge of the chairs and umbrellas was very accommodating. The young lady at the gate was pleasant and easygoing. The maintenance and cleaning staff were accommodating treating us like humans instead of foreign tourists. I fell like they should wait until they finish remodeling before they start accommodating guests! Just a recommendation.

Todo era lindo. La habitación era limpia, el check-in/out era fácil. Lamentablemente no podíamos acceder a la zona exterior en el piso 6 y mis niños eran demasiado cortos para mirar la ventana, y habría sido mucho más divertido experimentar fuera. Puede ser una entidad separada, pero los precios en el restaurante son abominables, y la calificación 2.5 estrella es suficiente para hacer que cualquiera se vaya si puede.

Un hotel que cuenta con lo necesario para pasarla tranquilo y relajado. Personal muy atento, la limpieza impecable, café a toda hora y una cena en el Caña de Azúcar muy por encima de nuestras expectativas. Súper Recomendado

Excelente todo. Buenas atenciones, limpieza excelente. Habitación Bella y muy acogedora. Trato espectacular. Restaurantes bellos y sabrosos. La apariencia muy buena. Solo que siempre deben tener mejores ofertas económicas y paquetes.
