Truro

Tracey at reception was so welcoming and helpful, made me feel so much better about my stay. The bed was so comfy and TV had lots of channels. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying near truro! Very lovely staff and very lovely rooms :)

Excellent stay. Super friendly staff. We are a frequent visitor to Premier Inns across the country and staying at their Truro Hotel is always a pleasure. The staff are always super friendly and cheerful, and the rooms are clean, well equipped and the shower is hot! What more can you ask for?!

Here to meet our mates booked in a reception early check the girls on reception were brilliant so welcoming never been to truro great great start to our trip they advised us of things to do in local area room was spotless We got early check in but rooms not ready but this was no problem the lady at reception Katie I think said she will sort and as soon as ready she came to find us to say there ready great customer service

The hotel was huge on a big site. They informed me that there was some building going on and expected lots of noise but there wasn't any. The rooms are comfortable, with friendly staff who are very helpful if you have any issues or concerns. The rooms are nicely presented for visitors, adequate facilities of tea, coffee and and sugar. Along with plenty of plugs so you don't have the need to switch appliances over to use them which is great. The bed was nice and high very comfortable to sleep on. In fact the only thing that let things down was the fact they only gave you two pillows which were very flat. But as the bed was very relaxing I fell asleep immediately when I sat on the bed my eyes closed and and I woke up at 7 am. The food was very nice to think the bacon wasn't very crispy it was delicious with some baked beans and hash browns and a yogurt and coffee. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I would visit again if in that area next time.

A practical solution for us to be at hand for a family event, when local family already had full houses. Room gloomy but okay for one night. Meal deal disappointing. nb building work, they are enlarging the place. We wouldn't stay again unless we had to.

A decent hotel overall. One notable blemish - while the standard WiFi "could not connect", the "ultimate" WiFi remained miraculously available at £5 per 24 hours. Highly dishonest and disrespectful towards the customers, if intentional.
