We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Headland House to other guests seeking a break in the St Ives area. Our room was lovely, very spacious and well equipped. Mark and Fenella were very friendly and knowledgeable on local area and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and particularly enjoyed their amazing breakfasts and cakes to our room. Thank you so much and we look forward to our next visit.

Stayed from 12th to the 19th of August and we had the Porthminster room with a wonderful view. This was the 2nd time we have stopped at Headland House, and it won't be the last. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location with easy access to the the train station (3 minutes walk) and Carbis Bay beach, and onwards along the coastal path to St Ives if you want to be adventurous. Fenella and Mark are fabulous hosts and make you feel very welcome and can't do enough for you. The breakfast is delicious from Cereal, Freshly made Yoghurt, Smoked Salmon to a Full English Breakfast, plus cake in your room when you get back in the afternoon. The bed is really comfortable and the room and the whole of the house is spotlessly clean, to be honest I cannot say a bad word about our stay here. Please book and enjoy you're stay here you won't be disappointed

We had a delightful two-night stay at Headland house and loved everything. Amazing hosts, beautiful room with wonderful views over Carbis bay. We loved the extra touches in the room especially the home made cakes. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and made to order which was served in the conservatory with sea views. We enjoyed the location as the house sits just above Carbis Bay with easy access to the railway and all the local restaurants, beach and coastal walks. We loved the area and will definitely be returning.

We stayed at this beautiful place for 3 nights and had a fantastic time! Fenella and mark are amazing hosts! The whole place including our room was spotlessly clean and so beautiful and cosy! We enjoyed the free standing bath every afternoon! Everything you need is in your room and lots of lovely little touches such as afternoon cake, lovely selection of tea and coffee! The breakfast was to die for and fenella was so hopeful with recommendations on where to visit etc! The honesty bar was also a brilliant idea! Really couldn’t fault the place! We loved every moment! Thanks for making our mini moon experience so lovely ! We will be back! Laura and Scott x

Just arrived home from our amazing stay at the Headland House with the lovely hosts Mark & Finella! A gorgeous BnB with beautiful interior and a home from home feeling! Bed was extremely comfy, fresh cake daily in your room and Prosecco on arrival! Views of Carbis Bay beach from our bedroom, amazing location. Freshly home cooked breakfast with different options to choose from all tasting amazing! Will definitely return and throughly enjoyed our stay! Brooke & Luke

Mark and Fenella were incredibly welcoming hosts! The room was incredible, they had put lots of thought into little touches (we loved the afternoon cake too!) The parking was a massive bonus. The breakfast was delicious! We would definitely recommend.

We spent 4 nights at Headland House and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Mark and Finella are wonderful and informative hosts. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and usually held us until dinner. The house has been renovated for purpose so it is very well appointed and comfortable. We stayed in the Cape Cornwall room that is very large with an en-suite bathroom. The room also had an American size king bed which was very comfortable! We enjoyed the location as the house sits just above Carbis Bay with easy access to the railway (3 minute walk) and all the local restaurants and activities. We also walked into St.Ives which was an easy 15 minute walk. We loved the area so plan to return to Cornwall and will definitely stay at Headland House.

Great place to stay Rooms are lovely and spacious, bathrooms are very well kept Breakfast caters for everyone from Full English to smoked salmon to continental Yogurt, honey and blueberries you must try, they are delicious The hosts are very pleasant and ready to help always This is our second visit, but won’t be our last ♥️♥️

Gorgeous boutique b&b, lovely rooms and delicious breakfast . The location is great you can walk to the beach and into St Ives. Hosts Mark & Fenella are so welcoming and nothing too much trouble. We had a fantastic weekend and can’t wait to book another trip .
