Boskerris Hotel

This is a lovely hotel - stunning views from the terrace, amazing walks along the coastal path from the doorstep and very pretty and quiet rooms. The staff as mentioned in other reviews are exceptionally kind, friendly and attentive. To give a couple of examples: I asked for extra decaf in my room as I don't drink caffeinated coffee - and the manager immediately took the time to get me more pods - but furthermore when the room was cleaned the staff remembered that I only drank decaf and filled up the supplies just with decaf! Sounds a minor point but actually really important as shows excellent personalised management. Or, I was sitting on the terrace and a member of staff saw me there and rushed out with a cushion, without me even asking. That sort of thing really makes a huge difference. Also my daughter joined me on a whim, and the staff were so lovely to her and found room for her at the very last minute. The food is also delicious, a wonderfully high standard at both breakfast and dinner. Also - and a key consideration - you are saved from all the hassle with the parking which you get if you stay in St Ives. Instead there's a great car park outside the hotel and then you can walk or get the little train into St Ives and back. Or, you can rent an e-bike easily in St Ives as well! Lovely place - we'll be back.

A lovely small boutique hotel with a fabulous view of the water. Service was excellent from the front desk to the restaurant staff. Rooms were good size, very light and bright. Common area inside and deck outside were wonderful places to relax and read a book, have a drink, or talk with other guests. Just a few minutes walk from the train stop and then a 3 minute train ride into St Ives. Highly recommend and we would stay there again if we are ever in the area.

Such a relaxing place to visit with a beautiful view especially from the balcony area with a drink. Excellent choices for breakfast and a tasty evening meal if you stay in. All the staff are friendly and helpful which makes this a place to return to!

What a find!. Stunning views over the bay. The nearby trainline to St Ives centre (one stop, one pound) is unexpected bonus. Immaculately clean and calming, stylish decor. Wonderful staff and food. We followed an itinerary provided by the hotel and it was fabulous - terrific locations we may not have found ourselves. Thank you, "George"!

Beautiful hotel in an extraordinary position above the bay. The staff team, every single one of them, is committed to ensuring that your stay at the Boskerris is happy and memorable. Nothing is a problem that can’t be solved, nothing is too much trouble. A wonderful place to stay.

Absolutely delightful gem of a hotel with amazing staff. We had the nicest welcome from Anna who greeted us at the door and showed us around the hotel and then to our lovley room overlooking the sea . We had been given an upgrade ! The views from the hotel terrace were stunning overlooking Caribis Bay and St Ives. Well situated for the railway station few minutes walk away . Our room was comfy and cosy with lots of extra touches . The breakfast was delicious and well presented . Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this hotel and look forward to staying again
