"El Fortino tiene la mayor ventaja de su proximidad al puerto. Basta con pasar una corta carretera ligeramente en subida de aproximadamente 6/7 minutos. "We had the most amazing experience at Pazziella and will for sure come back again! The staff here is top-notch. They are all so kind and genuine making sure that your experience here is so special. The hotel is so clean our room was always immaculate. There’s a beautiful scent in the hallways and so much attention to detail. Our breakfast and every meal here was exquisite. The location was perfect for us. It was very serene and relaxing, but not far from shopping or any activity that we wanted to do. But back to staff, because they were all so fabulous. Roberta, who greeted us upon arrival was so amazing and detail oriented. She made our stay extra special as it was our30th anniversary decorating our room, helping to arrange our vow renewal and celebration. Ludovica was also so very helpful and very kind in helping make our stay so memorable. Francisco was a delight to see everyday, so informative about Capri and sharing information on all the delicacies of our dining experience. I had not been that well on our first day of travel and he and chef went above and beyond to curate something off the menu I could eat. Marco the bartender made the best drinks! When I say this staff is above and beyond is an understatement- they are amazing!!! Thank you Pazziella we will be back."

"Perhaps my favourite brand on earth , above everyone else on service , style , sheer thoughtfulness and etiquette. Have visited most of their properties on earth without ever being disappointed. However , I must say their newest offering has left me a little confused. All the usual touches are there , a flawless staff and impeccable interiors as expect of the perhaps the most discerning brand on earth. Why then do I have a “prestige” room of a very tiny size with perhaps 20 balconies outside peering into my window. It is almost eerie and distasteful, and most certainly claustrophobic. The sound pollution from top to bottom doesn’t help either. Doesn’t seem like the same brand the conceived of the lanesborough , Brenners park and Eden roc. Somewhat disappointed, I’m afraid."

"We had a great time and really enjoyed the hotel, even though we had to switch rooms. About half the rooms have been renovated, but there are still some older ones. It wasn't a huge deal, but the newer rooms are definitely much nicer to stay in! The hotel has an excellent pool, so after a long day at the beach or if you're a bit sunburnt, you can relax by the pool and have lunch at their restaurant. The service and food quality were both very good. Everything was delicious, and I can confidently recommend this place! The view is absolutely stunning, like something out of a fairytale! We had a room with a large balcony, which was fantastic!) Breakfast was also excellent, with everything you'd expect and need. A great start to the day with a magnificent view and a cup of cappuccino."

"Received a free upgrade on arrival and throughout our stay all staff were attentive and helpful, organising the transport of our luggage to and from the port when needed, as well as arranging a private boat hire on another occasion. Beautiful views from the balcony and a nice pool area playing trendy but unobtrusive tech house music in the afternoons at a volume that provided atmosphere without being disruptive, tasteful selection.
