"Overall, a very good hotel with excellent value for money! Highly recommended! The location is superb, a 5-10 minute walk from the pier. It's right next to luxury hotels costing tens of thousands of dollars a night, sharing the same scenery, making it incredibly cost-effective! However, the road from the pier to the hotel is uphill, and there's no elevator inside the hotel, which might be inconvenient with luggage. The facilities are excellent! The rooms are spacious and have balconies! You can easily enjoy the sea view even from bed, so comfortable! The hotel staff are incredibly friendly! They gave us a detailed introduction to the room facilities and how to explore Capri, and also reminded us to watch out for seagulls during breakfast, as it can be windy! The welcome drink was also delicious! The only two drawbacks are: 1. Some areas weren't very clean, for example, there was a lot of dust on the chairs in the room, and there was inexplicably dirty water on the bathroom floor; 2. Check-out at 10 am is a bit early. However, these minor flaws don't detract from the overall experience. Made my days in Capri! :)"

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the city center and just steps from the square. The building is brand new and very elegant, featuring tasteful furnishings and the color schemes of the rooms and common areas. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking, overlooking the Faraglioni. The very friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable."

"Perhaps my favourite brand on earth , above everyone else on service , style , sheer thoughtfulness and etiquette. Have visited most of their properties on earth without ever being disappointed. However , I must say their newest offering has left me a little confused. All the usual touches are there , a flawless staff and impeccable interiors as expect of the perhaps the most discerning brand on earth. Why then do I have a “prestige” room of a very tiny size with perhaps 20 balconies outside peering into my window. It is almost eerie and distasteful, and most certainly claustrophobic. The sound pollution from top to bottom doesn’t help either. Doesn’t seem like the same brand the conceived of the lanesborough , Brenners park and Eden roc. Somewhat disappointed, I’m afraid."
