The house is located in Cape Woolamai, just a short walk (500m) to Woolamai Beach (as depicted) and the same distance to the Cape Woolamai shopping and restaurant precinct, boasting an array of dining options, Magiclands bar/cafe, a delicious pizza shop, traditional fish and chips, kebab shop, bottle shop, supermarket, surf shop, and numerous specialty shops. The house is tastefully renovated inside, experience stunning features and unbeatable comfort with ample amenities making this holiday home an ideal choice for both family and friends. Bedrooms: The house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, side tables, a recliner chair, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom. The queen bedroom has a queen-sized bed and built-in wardrobe. The shared bedroom has a bunk bed with two single beds and a separate double bed. Bathrooms: There are 2.5 bathrooms in the house. The ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom has a shower, vanity, and toilet. There is also a family bathroom with a shower, vanity, and bathtub. Additionally, there is a separate toilet. There are wall mounted panel heaters in every bedroom along with ceiling fans. Living Spaces: The house offers two lounge areas. The downstairs lounge opens out onto a deck and a large enclosed garden. It features a three-seater lounge that can convert into a comfortable double bed, a Smart TV, split system AC/heating, floor pillows, board games, and timber flooring. The second level features an open plan living/dining space and a deck with sunset views. There is also an upstairs family room with a 10-seater lounge, a 10-seater dining table, a king-sized bean bag, a Smart TV, and timber flooring. Kitchen: The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. It has ample storage and bench space, a 6-burner gas cooker/oven, a Nespresso coffee pod machine, a milk frother, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a double door fridge with a freezer, and timber flooring. Outdoor Areas: The house has double wrap-around decks. The upstairs deck features a 6-burner gas BBQ, an 8-seater dining table, a 5-seater couch, and a 2-seater coffee/tea area. The downstairs deck has a king-sized hammock and bench seating. The garden is fully fenced and includes a new tropical garden at the front and a large grassed area at the rear. There is also parking space for four cars. HEATING AND COOLING - There are two split systems with their own dedicated remotes upstairs and downstairs. - These can be programmed to heat or cool using the temperature adjustment buttons on the right, fan power on the left and hot/cold program selection accessed by sliding down the cover. There are also wall mounted panel heaters in every bedroom along with ceiling fans. Additional Amenities: The house provides a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, sink, iron, ironing board, drying rack, cleaning supplies cupboard, Dyson vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies. All linen and towels are provided. Please note that aside from three locked storage cupboards, the entire place is accessible to guests. A fantastic place to enjoy a beach getaway with family or friends. ----- LINEN: * Full linen is provided including bath towels for each person.  * Hand towels and face washers are provided for all bathrooms. * Doonas, blankets and pillows are provided.    * Linen for porta-cots is not supplied. * Tea Towels are provided.* Beach Towels are not provided. --- The house bedding configuration is as follows: Master Bedroom: One King size bed. 2nd Bedroom: One Queen size bed. 3rd Bedroom: One Bunk Bed (2 singles) & One Double Bed. Please be aware that pets are to be left strictly outside only, if the cleaner finds evidence that pets have been inside (hair), there will be an extra cleaning charge. (please ignore this if you are not intending on holidaying with your dog).  * Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.  * If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.  ----- STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents) Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond. Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am. At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing etc. Upon payment to secure your booking, you confirm that you comply with our standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement which is included in your booking information. ----- We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay. Weekend and Long weekend Stays may be allocated a late checkout which will be subject to change. If another booking booking comes into the property on the day of your checkout the checkout time will be reverted to the standard checkout time of 10am.
