One of the best weekend getaways we have ever had. Outpost cottages are lovely with everthing one need and more. Exceptional attention to detail in the cottages. The views of the mountains and valley are great and one immediately feels relaxed. Superb.

We stayed over at their Lady Red cottage for a romantic couples weekend away. The cottage had everything we needed. The woodfired hot tub is a favorite!! The cottage was neat and clean and smelled amazing. I was lucky enough to spot a small gazelle between the orchards while enjoying a morning coffee.

In Dec 2024 we booked into the Southern Belle Cottage for 3 nights and once again our stay at Bergsicht was amazing. A peaceful atmosphere with a lot of privacy. Accommodation was excellent. Aircon to help get through the hot evenings. When needed management was on hand and the service was excellent.We will definitely be booking in again at the end of this year. Thank You to Bergsicht for an amazing stay

We had the most incredible stay at Outpost 2 on a working fruit farm in Tulbagh. The cabin was absolutely stunning—thoughtfully designed with all the amenities and little luxuries you could need while still honoring the natural surroundings. One of the highlights of our stay was the morning walks and runs through the orchards, where we were greeted by the friendliest fruit pickers on the farm. It was such a heartwarming and authentic experience, adding a personal touch to our visit. Every detail made our stay unforgettable, from the cozy interiors to the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Being immersed in nature while enjoying such comfort was a perfect balance. The location was also ideal, with plenty of fantastic wine farms nearby to explore. We loved every minute of our time here and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with a touch of luxury!

A fantastic find! Our cottage was private, well-equipped and perfect for our winter couple's weekend away. We loved the hottub, with spectacular views of the mountain. Tulbagh is a gem, with everything you need in close proximity. We enjoyed the various surrounding wine farms and will most certainly be booking again. I think the Bergsicht cottages would be equally amazing in Summer!

My husband and I had the most amazing stay at Bergzicht Cottages - we stayed in Leititia Cottage and it was so beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The hot tub was fabulous and we were in there every night after cooking our dinner on the braai, and sat there listening to the night birds and looking at the stars, simply heaven... We would 1000% recommend staying at any of the cottages, this place is amazing, thank you

Superb hospitality, well kitted out cottage - with everything you could possibly need. Hot tub is comfortable & warms up quickly with well burning wood provided. Highly recommend this as a get away whilst still close to town to experience all it has to offer.
