Everything from pool toys to board games to kitchen essentials is provided. This includes beach chairs, an umbrella, & a cooler if you decide to take the short trip to Ft. Myers Beach or Sanibel! We strive to do everything we can to make your stay relaxing & enjoyable. Please let us know if you have any questions! The space Master Bedroom: King bed (pillowtop), 55" 4k Roku TV, two dressers, nightstands/lamps, workspace with glass top desk and chair, two closets, attached walk-in shower, dual sinks on vanity. Bedroom 2-3: Queen bed (pillowtop), dresser, nightstand/lamp, walk-in closet, 50" 4k RokuTV. Bedroom 4: Full size (pillowtop) bunk beds (top bunk for children only), nightstand, walk-in closet. Kitchen: Coffee maker, coffee mugs, cutting boards, toaster, pots and pans, call Linder, measuring cup, blender, Pyrex pans, plastic storage Tupperware, dish towels and cloths, dishwasher detergent, sponges, trash bags, dawn dish soap, cutting knives charging station on the island, first aid kit, small tools set, box cutter, packaging tape, small and large plates, small and large bowls, wine glasses, drinking glassware, plastic and glass pitchers, paper towels, glass cleaner, dishwasher detergent, trivets Outdoor Kitchen: Sink, stovetop, refrigerator, table and chairs, overhead fans Bathrooms: Hairdryer, personal vanity mirror, extra towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, hand soap, all-purpose cleaner, toilet bowl cleaner, plunger and toilet brush, bathroom freshness spray, trash bags for the trashcan Closet: Extra sheets, linens, hangers, laundry basket, pack and play, extra pillows Laundry room: Washer, dryer, wash sink, ironing board, iron, Swiffer, shark vacuum, broom and dustpan, bucket, rags, scrub brush, laundry detergent, dryer sheets Outside/pool: Noodles, ring Rafes, lounge chairs Beach: Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella Remotes: RokuTVs, fans, ceiling lights, garage door opener. Guest access We have a large turnaround driveway and garage that you can park in. We are just a few minutes down the road from Target, Publix, Starbucks, and more! Other things to note The pool heater will be set to 80 degrees. If you would like it to be warmer, we can work to accommodate that (88 degrees is the max permitted temperature). There will be a $3 charge per day for every degree you'd like to turn it up to. For example, if you would like the pool to run at 84 degrees and stay 5 nights, that would be $3 x 4 degrees x 5 nights = $60. Requests should be made at the beginning of the stay. Guests are not permitted to touch any pool or heating/cooling equipment without the permission of the owner. The home will be set to 72 degrees. If you would like to turn it down (68 is the lowest permitted temperature), the same $3 per degree per day charge will occur. For example, if you would like the house to be set at 70 degrees and stay 5 nights, that would be $3 x 2 degrees x 5 nights = $30. Requests should be made at the beginning of the stay. Guests are not permitted to touch the thermostat without the permission of the owner. All swimming is to be done at your own risk. By booking, you agree that the owners assume no liability for any accidents or injuries that may occur on the property. We understand that accidents happen. We ask that you treat the home like your own! Please let us know right away so we can work to fix/replace what is broken. You will be responsible for any extra costs that are incurred.
