I would rate 0 but couldn’t. I feel I need to inform people of this place. My daughter and partner arrived there from England yesterday and it was all closed up. They were extremely distressed and upset. Many hours have been spent trying to sort out accommodation. I really want to warn people! Am extremely upsetting situation!

Absolutely disgusted after being left standing on the streets with our bags after travelling from the UK to get to this hotel and find a note on the hotel to say it was closed for renovations. Have never experienced this.

We hadden 3 nachten geboekt via *********** in Le quai des Princes. Zéér groot was onze verbazing te ontdekken bij aankomst dat het hotel gesloten is ! *********** liet ons aan ons lot over. Het hotel was niet telefonisch bereikbaar. Het zag er verlaten en gevandaliseerd uit. Aan de slechte staat van het geheel is het duidelijk dat het reeds een langere tijd dicht is. Het is nog steeds te boeken via verschillende sites, niet doen of je komt gelijk ons van een kale reis terug.
