Ambleside Lodge

Ambleside B&B is a large, warm, hospitable home. Our clean room was quite spacious, with a very nice ensuite. We needed to leave early the next morning, hence missing the included delicious breakfast, so they prepared for us an amazing breakfast to go: fried egg and cheese sandwiches, yogurts, granola bars, trail mix packets and mandarins. Definitely highly recommended!!!

When you wake up, a world class breakfast awaits you- I’m not exaggerating by any means! Top notch, first class cuisine with hearty servings. For foodies, this place is a must! Also, you’ll be hard-pressed to find more hospitable hosts than Kyle and Hilary. As locals, they know all the best spots and have great recommendations for beautiful sights to see and great things to do. Chatting with them at breakfast feels like talking to old friends. Can’t say enough great things about these two and their bed n breakfast. Support a local family business, go off the beaten path, and book a stay that you’ll be missing as soon as you leave.

Ambleside is located in a very quiet part of town; walk to downtown or the Bow River in just a few minutes! Breakfasts are fabulous, room comfy and quiet. EXCELLENT communication with our hosts; enjoyed our chats at breakfast. Highly recommend!!
