Bluebell Beach Resort

Facilities are very poor like tv was not working, refrigerator was not working. Swimming pool was very dirty, staff saying cleaning manager is not present. Not worth stay for given price. Very bad experince

The only good thing about this so-called resort is its location which is 300m away from candolim beach. The rooms are in a bad state of upkeep. Cell service for air-tel and jio is very weak there and their wifi was not working. They tried to fix the router but did not connect the wire so we were literally left without internet during our stay. The staff is not qualified to run a hotel/resort and do not know how to treat guests. You need to request multiple times just to get basic things like your daily complimentary water bottle, and that too they throw you around between the reception and housekeeping. There are multiple hotels and home stays next to this which might provide a better experience so best to avoid this place.

Dirty & unhygienic previously made booking for two nights by viewing photos. But as we experienced the check-in only we cancel-led and booked much much better and awesome stay for further nights. We made them change our room as the booked one was very dirty, with unbearable odour, unhygienic washroom, towels etc. & cherry on the cake there's a see through glass between bathroom and bedroom which had no curtains and having black wallpaper stick on it which also teared from various places. In other room too we argued with them to change towels, glasses, kettle etc

Room was not that good there was no hot water kettle no toilet paper no wifi tv was not working rooms were smelling

The stay was good at hotel. I prefer the hotel because the hotel is at the beach side and walkable distance for shopping at candolim.

I book bathtub room but bathtub is not available. Please change my hotel
