The hotel is terrible. I arrived late and nobody was there at the reception. I waited there for almost 45mins, but nobody came. We had to find another hotel at midnight. It was no less than a nightmare. Most unprofessional behaviour by the hotel.

The stay and staff is good. But while 3rd day there were multiple electricity cut offs & 1 was a major cut off which was for almost 8 hour's. This made the stay a bit ok

The location was average. The rooms completely different than the ones in the photos. Very dirty property, rooms not well maintained. Water leaking out of ac. Balcony view is a mess. Staff is ordinary and reluctant to serve for basic amenities.
