Giving it a 1 star because there's no option to give a zero.
We pre booked the resort (30 days in advance). When we arrived at night, after the 15 hour tiresome journey , the person at reception straight away asked us to come later because time is over for check in. He didn't even ask if we had a booking, or a welcome or any gesture of hospitality and was just looking at his phone watching reels.
The resort has no lift.
After a while of discussion, we were taken to our assigned room. On the way to room , there was a stink of poop all the way as they have washroom doors open and not cleaned. Somehow we reached the room and saw that the room was unprepared for guests. The bedsheets were soiled, the washroom was stinking and in bad shape, there were no toiletries, AC was not working, phone not working, etc. We couldn't even stand there because of the condition of room. We requested to clean the rooms and fix all the things. It took us 2 hours, we waited and then we used the room. The toiletries that were given were expired.There were not doormats, no towels placed. Whatever we needed we had to go through so much pain, delay in requesting for basic things like towels, tissues. If the booking was refundable and we had other options available instantly, we would have certainly cancelled this booking.
To normalise the situation, there was an executive named Ram who helped as much he could to make things better. However, he couldn't do much. The owner Imran is a fraudster, we called him before coming and even after we faced this situation, he politely denied and said he will visit us, but he didn't even see us in our 3 day stay, even once.
There were only two food options: Puri sabzi for veg, and omlette for non veg in breakfast. They charged whopping amount and provided with a worst experience in return.
