First things first: It all depends on your priorities- what you expect from your holiday…for us it was “passable” “kind of ok” +We were generally happy swimming, the water is very clear and it does seem that there’s more than enough space for everyone in the sea. It feels safe and overall a very positive experience with the water being very warm (mid-October) +we loved the view of the mountain on a clear sunny day. +the food was good, lots of it, some healthier options for those who try to maintain weight, and lots of other foods, fresh vegetables and a variety of meats, the soups we also yummy! So a huge thank you to the kitchen staff. + the only friendly entertainment staff member - Altima, doing yoga - always with a smile, always welcoming, from 10 am to 10pm +I won’t speak for the quality of alcohol, but we never had a hangover the next day, which to me is a positive. + a huge round of applause to those who maintain the green areas on the property- It is very pretty +the staff at reception try to do their best and accommodate everyone, but there’s only so much they can do when the hotel operates and full capacity What was disappointing: - THE BLOODY NOISE ALL DAY!!! If you are a family with some of you 50 years old, you probably want some peace and quiet- you should know - this is not a place for that! The closer you are to the main building the more noise you will get. It will be rubbish bin collectors, generators?vents from the kitchen? AWFULLY AND UNREASONABLY LOUD MUSIC FROM 21:30 to 24:00 ( even though it’s supposed to stop at 23:30). I ask myself what is the point of such loud music? Those who are dancing there can clearly hear it! The overall age-range here, I’d say 40+, with quite a number of 60+ year olds , are you telling me that they all party like crazy? -the ROOMS are tired, and if you need a twin room, be ready to have one king size bed and a single bed added, both squeaky and loud, if one of you uses the toilet and night- the other will probably wake up -cleaning is hit and miss even if you leave a tip, there might be no cups in the rooms or they will forget to stock up the fridge. I truly sympathise with the staff, they are incredibly overworked… And probably are doing their best to accommodate everyone -entertainment staff: gosh! Don’t expect a smile from them, the females in charge of most activities look indifferent and frankly sound rude! The woman leading Bocha threw balls at the guests every time the game started - never stayed till the end of the activity and suggested we played on our own, which, to be frank, was better than with her… not sure why the aqua aerobics lead decided it’s a good idea to criticise how participants do the workout, cmon! The majority of people are 50+ have some respect, I really didn’t appreciate the attitude I will highlight that I understand that everyone here works pretty much 24/7 for us to have a good time, and we don’t know how much stress they are under, but still, being ni
