Zahira Resort

I booked this hotel for me and my friend because it was 4 stars. We wanted a luxury get away and were severely disappointed the longer we stayed. On our second day there, we asked reception for complimentary slippers and robes as they were not left in our rooms. We were also told that our rooms would be cleaned and restocked daily, however we had to walk back down to reception to ask again. We never received the slipper, robes, coffee and tea. My shower was broken and leaked water from the seals. My friend had a long black hairs in her shower (she has pink hair) and the wallpaper in her room was peeling off the walls. There were ants coming into both of our rooms (we were on the third/top floor) and my patio area was filthy and covered with grit. I had the most luxurious TV in my room but it had no internet connection, no instructions on how to use it, no apps and everything was in Italian. After we let them know what was happening in the rooms and in the bar, the service just got worse, with only three days and three nights left, we both decided to give up and spend all of our time outdoors. As a 4 star hotel, we expected much much better. On our first day, there was a lovely bar man who provided a wonderful service and offered us complimentary snacks. The next day there was a different bar man who had a horrible attitude towards us and he charged us woefully more than the previous bar man for the same thing! When bringing out complimentary snacks, a new staff lady was on and she gave us food with meat in so we had to unfortunately decline as we are both vegetarian. The previous bar man knew and was super courteous and professional. As soon as the grumpy bar man came on shift, the new lady’s demeanour immediately changed, he must have said something about us. Sitting close by us was the head chef and after hearing us decline the meat treats, he went over to the bar man. I could not understand all of the conversation but he made enquiries as to if he knew we were vegetarian, all he did was shrug in a careless manner! We were never given complimentary snacks again other than crisps and nuts while others were given mini pizzas, pastries and sandwiches. Awful service, awful atmosphere when you’re staying somewhere that is over £200 per night. If we hadn’t paid in full, we would have left after the first night. Shortly afterwards, we felt so unwelcome and we left and ordered food somewhere outside the hotel, we ate out every night. We even started buying our own wine to the room because of how uncomfortable we felt. To say the service is so poor for a four star establishment is a huge understatement, I strongly suggest you spend your money elsewhere. I have had a far superior service in a B&B in Blackpool than here! Sea view is minimal because of angle of hotel and you had to get a shuttle or a metro train to everywhere, nothing was at walking distance. However, the shuttle drivers were incredible, especially Antonio and Zara on reception. Normally

Do you want to taste real Italian cuisine, experience a great Italian atmosphere, have enough fun, but at the same time you don't want to be surrounded by hotels and tourists from all sides? This hotel have it all. A wonderful hotel with a beautiful garden. In a short distance from the hotel is a sandy beach with sunbeds, clean sea (relatively shallow, so also suitable for children), beach bar. The sand is incredibly fine, but not weathered, so when wind starts to blow it won't rise and stick into the skin. There is a bus that goes to the beach. The hotel also has a swimming pool (perfectly clean), sunbeds and a bar. Another bar is available at the reception. It is possible to rent a car or a bicycle. The hotel also offers various excursions. In the town of Tre Fontane (2.5 km from the hotel) there is a shop and a few shops where you can buy souvenirs. Animators take care of entertainment all day long. The language barrier is not a problem - just indicate that you want to join and the animators will take care of you. Absolutely unbeatable food. Everything fresh, lots of fish and seafood. Very helpful and accommodating staff. The only inconvenience - tiny disposable plastic cups. So you keep running for drinks. Otherwise - absolutely great vacation and absolute satisfaction.

the rooms for 2 stars, Very often was not a clean table in hotel's restaurant. THE BIGGEST JOKE was when we wanted check out, we got an extra bill 100euro for terrace club ( WE HAD ALLINCLUSIVE HOWEVER ON RECEPTION TOLD US THAT USE SWIMMING POOL WAS NOT INCLUDED !!! ) The hotel is on the village- no shops, no restaurants, any attractions around the hotel. To town is 1h-1,5h in one way. No gym in the hotel like was in description on the offer from loveholidays.com I think the hotel is more for local people than tourists

Desidero condividere questa esperienza allo Zahira Resort perché sono stato appagato dalla struttura, dai servizi, dalla spiaggia … insomma, è stata una bella scoperta! Location affascinante, non essendo molto grande è anche piuttosto tranquilla al contrario dei grandi villaggi. Spostamenti verso il ristorante, la piscina e la spiaggia molto comodi. Ottimo cibo, abbondante e vario. Tornerò sicuramente il prossimo anno. Grazie a tutto lo staff

Da dimenticare!!! Dalle foto sembra chissà che ma in realtà il posto non è degno di chiamarsi resto o villaggio, ha un padiglione con la hall, il "ristorante" al quale si accede con un separè malandato e le camere. Poi 2 piscine con scarsa igiene, una specie di teatro se così si può chiamare e qualtre altra zona in cemento. Stop. Iniziamo con le camere: sporche, ampie ma sporche. La vasca ingiallita e piena di muffa. Ristorante : darei un 5 come voto. Prodotti surgelati e lo dico perché il pesce lo facevano lì davanti e lo prendevano dal sacco di plastica dove appunto era tutto surgelato, quindi I miei occhi hanno visto. Colazione discreta, pranzo e cena sotto la sufficienza, tutto freddo e pochissime scelte, a cena non danno frutta perché la mettono già a pranzo... Mah...piatti sporchi e unti. Piscine :carine ma sporche. Vige un religioso silenzio, manco la. Musica mettono Bar :senza troppe pretese, semplice ma rigorosamente sporco. Esterno : molto abbandonato, non ci sono molte zone d'ombra, pietre grosse con terra rossa, parcheggio non asfaltato ma con sabbia e pietre. Mare bello ma acqua molto fredda Animazione : 4 ragazzetti Messi li a fare battute stupide, quando le fanno, ma educati e cordiali. In conclusione : la sporcizia regna sovrana, IL fatto di non curare ciò che circonda la struttura è una gran pecca e non è adatto a bambini troppo piccoli a parer mio. Non ci tornerei mai più.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questo resort e non potremmo essere più entusiasti della nostra esperienza. Le camere sono spaziose, arredate con gusto e dotate di ogni comfort, molte con una vista mozzafiato. La cucina è un altro fiore all’occhiello: piatti freschi e raffinati, che esaltano i sapori locali e regalano un viaggio culinario che accompagna quello sensoriale. Il resort offre anche una spiaggia privata dove ogni dettaglio è studiato per il relax degli ospiti: lettini comodi, ombrelloni ben distanziati e un mare cristallino che invita a lunghe nuotate. In poche parole, un luogo dove il tempo sembra fermarsi, perfetto per rigenerarsi e vivere momenti di pura bellezza. Non vedo l’ora di tornare!
