Hoteles en Cameron Highlands con Traslado aeropuerto

We took a room that wasn’t that clean and had few problems. The staff was so friendly & helpful that they showed us multiple other rooms to choose from and eventually upgraded our room type without extra fees. The hotel has an amazing view, and is well-located near many attractions. The room was spacious and clean but there were ants and few other insects that come from the windows due to the surrounding environment. What I didn’t like about the place is the restaurant; I didn’t like the food at all but maybe it was just me. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Copthorne Hotel. It was one of the best places we stayed at during our visit to Malaysia. And I’d definitely recommend it.

The hotel is in a shopping mall. The hotel lobby is at the 3rd floor. Need to share car park with the shopping mall customer. Huge & comfort room. All the breakfast food are delicious, but not many varieties. Easy to find food around the hotel. Still need transportation to go to another tourist attraction.

Lo mejor de este hotel, la cama king súper grande de otros hoteles. Nuestros cuatro hijos duermen cómodamente. La ubicación también es fácil de encontrar comida cerca de la ciudad plana. InsyaAllah habrá sustento para volver a este hotel. Solo las opciones habituales de desayuno, no muchas opciones si quieres comparar con otros hoteles de 4 estrellas.

El hotel ofrece una ubicación ideal para los huéspedes, para los niños y para los niños. El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, pero el clima de este lugar es bastante frío o frío, por lo que será más grande evitar estar húmedo mucho del suelo, teniendo una barrera y la cortina para separar la zona por tener un baño de la zona para lavar la cara y la piscina de baño.

overall was good, but no iron+iron board board provided in room (need to go to the ironing station). also, the pillows were quite hard, not so comfortable to sleep with. plus, the karaoke sounds quite annoying, until late in the evening, maybe someone booked for entertainment doing work trip there.. anyway, good experience staying at this hotel..

Nova Highlands Hotel is situated near the road up to BOH tea centre, and many other attractions. The room has a sofa with a TV, but the TV has no remote, and the bedroom is comfortable, although there was a brown stain on one of the bedsheets. The toilet seems to be not so well taken care of, the toilet water tank leaks, the sink leaks too, all the water that leaked ends up on the floor flowing to the edges of the washroom and there are multiple visible black spots.

Service:- I rode in from the rain ＞ asked for early check-in ＞ Receptionist called me a 115pm to let me know room was ready. Managed to keep my stuff with bellboy whilst I went out to find breakfast and wait for room check-in Bellboy helped bring my stuff to the room. 200RM deposit was returned to me in denominations of 50, when I had used 2 x 100RM notes ＞ I requested for this back and receptionist had to get manager approval before returning 2 x 100RM to me. Can borrow umbrella from lobby if it's raining. Facilties: Bathtub is kids size, not adult size. no massage services. Carpark ＞ no motorbike parking lots. Parking: I ended up parking my Ducati Diavel Carbon, FBL 747S, in basement carpark cos security guard did not let me park outside lobby. (Even though Ducati Club Singapore managed to park there in May 2024 as well as open carpark lots below) However later in the day, Ducati Multistrada V4 Pikes Peak, FBG 38G, was allowed to park there. Security guard said rider is from Kings Motorcycle Club ＞ I told security guard that Kings MC only rides harleys. Security guard then says rider is VIP, and his boss approved the parking. I questioned the receptionist ＞ they referred me to security ＞ I told receptionist what security said and receptionist could not do anything. The rider left the next morning; I was having breakfast at the outdoor seating, could hear him start the bike, let the bike warm up, before riding off. (so ”noise” is not a valid reason for not parking there) I came back to my motorbike to find it covered in dust and fluff, cos it was 7m away from the laundromat (I parked here cos there was another motorbike here and there are no motorbike lots in the basement carpark) The whole reason for parking somewhere visible and in line of sight of Security, is for the security of the motorycycle. (There is a notice in the basement carpark that states parking at carpark is responsibility of owner, not the premises) Breakfast: good spread and variety.

El servicio de escritorio del frente fue muy bueno y agradable. Nos dejaron saber toda la información muy clara. El desayuno fue agradable. Es bueno quedarse allí. Thx por darnos una maravillosa experiencia.

Good Experience staying at small mini chalet although it quite very difficulty for the person who body very big size.

honestly,if you want to come in peak times (school holiday/weekend) better check in sharp on time. because the hotel system fails. either you book from trip,agoda,booking you must aware hotel can cancel your booking/replace your booking to another customer. in my previous situation,me and 3 other person,our booking cancel as we arrived there around 4-5pm after jammed. their rooms not much. their system should improvised. they provide soap only. my rooms got 1 fan.please change the mattress. you can feel the spring already. please change the water heater/shower water pressure.very slow. have a little stains on towel and bedding. dont forget bring your own mineral water/drinking water.they dont provide.
