This stay was a nightmare! The first room carpet was damp & dirty. The TV in the room did not work. The front desk check in employee tried to come in & fix it but couldn’t so we were moved to a different room.
The TV in that room did not work either. She again tried to fix it with no success and at this point she developed an attitude with me about the issue.
I advised her that I wanted the general managers contact information to which she replied, I can’t give that out.” She said they could issue a partial credit or they could give me a full refund if I left the hotel immediately, but this time it was 10:45 p.m. and I said I was not leaving the hotel & would take partial credit.
I am attaching pictures of the hotel rooms etc.
she also said that the refund would have to come from the third party that I booked the hotel through but she would let you know.
So if someone could check on the status of that refund & let me know.
I have stayed at multiple Comfort Inn’s and this one is definitely way below Comfort Inn standards!!!
