The hotel's location is excellent. I arrived around 1:00 PM, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They arranged for an early check-in, allowing me to store my luggage in my room and promptly begin my exploration of Cambridge.

El hotel está situado en el norte de Cambridge, a unos 15-minute paseos del centro de la ciudad. La insularidad del ruido es pobre y puedes oír los pasos y las conversaciones en el camino. The environment is very clean and new. Staff are polite and helpful. I am impressed by the efficiency of a cleaner worker who set up the sofa bed, changing the linen and bed sheet on my room within 3 min .

The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our visit. The customer service at the front desk was top-notch – a solid 10/10. The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. The location of the hotel was perfect for our plans. Many of the places we wanted to visit, such as Cambridge University, the Cambridge Mosque, town centre were just a short 10-15 minute drive away. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable. The breakfast provided by the hotel was excellent, with a good variety of options to suit all tastes.
