Premier Inn Cambridge (A14, J32) Hotel

This hotel was so busy when we arrived but this was handled really well by the staff. We arrived early and were able to leave the car parked and head into town. We got an UBER for speed but the bus isnt too far away. When we checked in stafg were very helpful. Our room On 3rd floor was spotless and quite large. Has windows that open and secondary glazing so couldnt hear any outside noise. Breakfast was ridiculously busy and although plenty of choice we had to wait for a while for things to be refreshed. Which they were. Staff were all working hard to keep everyone happy

Excellent hotel - really lovely team at reception -namely Rachel who went above & beyond to make our daughter’s birthday extra special with some chocolates & card. Newly refurbished free parking not so far from the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place Specially the restaurant chap called Haseeb most wonderful staff and was nice experience and good food We will visit again in the near future with our family Recommend this hotel and restaurant to all very friendly and clean

Our stay was for one night and was very comfortable and worth the money. Restaurant was great for breakfast and we had a meal in the evening and that was good as well. Easy access to and from the A14. I just had a bit of a problem with the WiFi, but overall, we would stay again and would recommend it.

Excellent experience. I was familiar with Premier Inn in London but the helpfulness of the staff at Cambridge A14 J32 impressed me. I had an unrefurbished room because there were none available but following a cancellation Miss Rachel assigned it to me. The whole team is kind and cooperative. Premier Inn will always be my hotel because of the good price and the kindness of the staff

Went to the Thyme restaurant with my 2 Coeliac daughters ( 9 yrs and 12 yrs) Ordered 2 x GF burgers from the Non-Gluten containing food menu, discussed the need for GF food and discussed how food would be preped in regards to cross contamination to make sure I was happy they could cater for them. Waited 1 hour 20 mins for food and when it arrived, I check it was GF. Was told that they had run out of GF burger buns so chef had used normal wheat and gluten containing burger buns! Daughters left very upset, angry and hungry! They would have been seriously unwell if I hadnt double checked. The level of incompetence regarding allergies and serious medical conditions was shocking. Extremely disappointed and let down by Premier Inn.
