Aunque el hotel está lejos del centro de Cambridge, está limpio y está rodeado de varias tiendas donde se puede conseguir todo cuando sea necesario.
Las señoras de recepción son muy serviciales y nos brindaron ayuda cuando la necesitábamos.
Conseguir un Uber en el hotel también es complicado, ya que depende de la hora del día en que lo solicites.

We booked this travel lodge as my mum had to be at the papworth hospital earlier
The next morning, my mum had to have oxygen and the lady on reception was rude to her didn’t speak to her directly but referred to her and disable all the time, we had oxygen delivered to the room which I confirms with another staff member over the phone a few days before we arrived and was told
It wasn’t a problem, we ended up needing an engineer out as the oxygen wasn’t working and we just got tutted at by said staff member, when we made a complete to the travel
Lodge all we got was you booked via a third party so there own staff wasn’t a problem, would stay here again if I was paid too, rude with no need to be

Clean, basic hotel with helpful staff.
Would recommend but someone was spying and commenting on my actions in my private room.
I did inform the Reception Desk.
Services area needs some more active supervision to stop male tarts soliciting / pernicious, slandering females with kids endangering customers' wellbeing.

Great stay at this Travelodge. Nicely hidden away. We booked as I had an appointment at The Papworth Hospital, and it was a straight 15 min drive to the hospital in the morning. Nice clean room with a bath, which was unexpected and made a pleasant change. The young lady on reception was extremely helpful and had good customer service skills. Would definitely stay again. I would have given 5 stars, but there were a couple of other guests who were inconsiderate where noise was concerned, but at least it went quiet after 10pm!

Friendly staff but needs air con and better cleaning. No where to eat within walking distance (all closed) and water pressure is awful, so plan your showers!!

Great value. Stayed as it was the cheapest near Cambridge with a park and ride only 10 min drive away. Lovely reception staff! Clean rooms, you can never expect perfection with Travelodge but for the price we got a bargain. Lovely comfy beds and a fan which is great for summer. Beautifully quiet despite being near the motorway. Would stay again!

Friendly reception from Abbey, no question too small, comfy and very quiet room which is what was needed after a 5 hour drive Nice location just off the motorway and easy to find Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an overnight stay.

Abbey was fantastic and helpful; she went above and beyond to help me book a last-minute room. On a whim, I checked in on a Sunday bank holiday, and they would have a room. She was not very good at technology, but happy to help. The room was great, all you need for a one-night stay.
