The Westley is a very clean and cool atmosphere located in central downtown. The room and bathroom are very spacious. Parking is available underground for a charge of $40. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again in the future

El precio es relativamente alto en el hotel de la ciudad de Calgary. La ubicación está lejos del centro de la ciudad, pero el viaje por sí solo es conveniente. Hay desayuno, cocina pequeña y cama muy cómoda. Aunque las instalaciones son más antiguas, la higiene sigue siendo buena, en general se siente bien.

The hotel itself was nice and is located close to the airport which was convenient for my purposes. The room was nice and the bed was really comfortable and that was important to me as I only stayed there a handful of hours to catch some sleep before catching a delayed connection. The only thing I didn't like was that after using the taxi to get to the airport, which the front desk person kindly called, I was informed that I should have been given a voucher because the shuttle service at the hotel was down due to the cold and the vehicle they use not working properly, which I wasn't given. As such I paid for the taxi out of pocket ($15) which isn't a big deal but comes across as being a bit cheap. Otherwise, the hotel was nice, the price was great on Trip.com and overall it was quite a pleasant stay and experience.

El hotel no devolvió nuestro depósito de CAD 180 aunque estamos seguros de que no rompíamos nada. Intentó llamarlos pero nos dijeron que llamasen a las 10, pero que llamasen de nuevo como estamos ocupados últimamente. La comida era grande y la habitación era limpia. El personal de la cocina era amable, pero se llevó mucho tiempo rellenar.
