Terrible experience, I was falsely accused of breaking a window and I was treated like a criminal. After leaving the premises the manager charged my credit card $250 first for a broken window and then she called to tell me about it not even asking me if I had anything to do with it. I told her I did not break the window or had anything to do with it. They lied and said the window was broken from inside and send some inaccurate pictures, this must be a scam They do to take customers money, always check the premises before and after your stay. After she simply text me and said the maintenance checked and found out it came from outside and a simple sorry over a text. She did refunded the $250 for falsely accusing of broken window, only after I asked to speak to owner she then called to apologize, she lied and said she would give me a 2 night free coupon and she never sent it. Terrible experience, ruined my weekend gateway, Terrible way to conduct business. Do not stay here.
