rooms are dirty invaded with ants and with smell of draneg food is terrabile, bread its so hard you cant even swollow ,food is served cold toilet sink about to fall out doors dont close properly fridge dont work

The resort needs refurbishment big time: 1. Rooms most of them are disaster 2. A/C is switched off from 7:30am till 2pm 3. Food is a disaster not even dogs will eat 4. You don’t find loads of workers that are helpful. 5. No Wi-Fi on next to reception. 6. Towels had blood marks in them. 7. Drinks have to be bought while eating if you go eating. 8. Not all doors lock and we had to argue with reception to come close them. 9. Fridges most of them don’t work. If these things were tackled before catering for people it would have been great but unfortunately all my group members were Disappointed and we were 40 ppl and all complained and nothing was done. I will not suggest this hotel to anyone as you will be shocked with the lack of professionalism regarding hospitality

We went as a group with our football team therefore we didn't have the option to choose however the reviews from 2016 till 2022 are still the same and nothing has changed.Apparently this resort is closed in summer and opens this time of the year to welcome football teams for tournaments. Room: yellow stains on sheets old iron beds, old furniture, yellow rusty water electricity tripping ,towels changed day in day out, open drainage system in the balcony including various species of bugs and hot water on demand.Food:l ..bkfast -hard bread and if u are lucky croissants. No cheese hams eggs or fruit like basic banana.Coffee warm water with a taste of coffee , 2 machines for 100s of ppl and only one working, however there is always a bar fromwhere u can buy suitable coffee and panini at a different price everyday. Lunch/dinner: pasta all the way ..if u want to gain some wait this is the place to be..basic pasta with tomato sauce or just cream.not mentioning the service how food is distributed and the dining area and the cleanliness of the kitchen!!!!!only nature is fantastic to enjoy anything else just a waste of money. The resort is in a desperate call for a full reconstruction and management.

Il Bagnino Enzo è spettacolare !!! Bravo, umano, pulito e da' sicurezza . In modo particolare , ai disabili, alle Signore in difficoltà, ai bambini e a tutti. La spiaggia due è pulita e funzionale, grazie a lui e al suo impegno in toto.

Staff eccellente...bravo il nostro cantante Santino....per non parlare del capo animatore SUPERTOP MATTIA....Grazie a tutti e di certo...a prestissimo
