Out stayvexperience was very good... Staff and manager very cordial and responsive.. It's real value for money.. Located very near to calangute beach and also main market... Availability of all essential items in near main market.. Also they provided early check in on availability and luggage storage..

Für mich war dass ”Hotel” ok, ich war aber auch der einzige Europäer in den 5 Tagen. Es ist etwas laut und dass eigentlich immer, Frühstück war ok, überhaupt war *** sehr bemüht um mich, jeder Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt.

Acabamos de descansar en Colanguth, GOA, el maravilloso hotel Terra Paraiso Resort. requeste inmediatamente proporcionar asistencia .... Todos muy limpios, limpiando en La habitación es regular y muy buena. Orden, muy hermosa: verdes, flores. el desayuno es delicioso, principalmente indio. Alimentos, pero siempre puedes encontrar algo para ti mismo. Habrá ... Fruits frescos y diferentes cada día, no uno y también. ¡Desayunos, en general, en el nivel más alto! Me gustaría celebrar el trabajo del director Gabriel. Todo lo que le dijo al hotel. Reemplazo de refrigerador y caja de té. quedas, todo hecho muy rápido. Y todo es muy amable con ¡El calor en relación. Un hombre hermoso! Muy amable, atento y ¡Profesional en mi trabajo! Desea la prosperidad del hotel! ¡Así que mantenga en ¡Sigue! ¡Nos vamos de vuelta y es este hotel! Respeto, habitación 220.

I stayed with my family (elderly parents and sister) for 3 days recently in Dec 2023. I will not say it was really great experience staying there. Negatives 1. I reached from Mumbai to Goa and it was very tiresome, my cell network was not working. So I had requested the lady at the reception to check my ID and let me get to my rooms so that I can send the family IDs as soft copies on whatsapp, but she was adamant to not let me hand over keys before the IDs were sent to her. I guess you get more fraudsters visiting your hotel which is reflected by the attitude of the reception. 2. No parking - this came as a big surprise that you list your hotel has parking, and I was asked to park on the road outside of Phase 2. This then became a daily hassle for me to find parking and request staff to adjust the other cars. One night there was no option but to park in some other street. 3. Our driver had asked for guest bathroom and he was informed that it wasn't allowed for him. The next morning, my driver was not ready for our planned site seeing. Then after quite some asking one of the staff said that there is one guest bathroom. In frustration I was taking my driver to my bathroom so that he can get ready, in which I had an argument with one staff, he said you cannot take the driver to the room bathroom as his ID is not submitted. Then after debating a lot I was later informed that there is a guest bathroom. 4. Second day, as every day scene we could not find anyone at the reception. So my dad handed over the keys to a security guy for cleaning and stuff. We came back around 6 pm or so and found the room not cleaned, with soiled towels and no water bottles for the day. I mean is it really that hard to get these obvious things done? After reporting, the reception boy promptly sent something to tidy the stuff, to our surprise the person just flipped the bed-sheets in front of our eyes and informed that's how they clean it. Bravo! what a shame. 5. From day one we had an issue in room 307 and we had reported that the sink tap was had a low flow of water. They tried something but did not work, a very lame excuse was provided that when the tank will be full the water pressure will increase. Till my last day that tap did not work, and I was not expecting it to be fixed by itself. 6. Breakfast options are pathetic. Secondly, the staff is not helpful in anyway. I was getting late for my tour so asked my bread-omelette to be wrapped and given to me, they denied saying that it needs to be eaten there only, what the hell do you guys think? That I am feeding someone outside with your pathetic one burned bread and omelette? Positives 1. The other reception boy was great to talk to, and helpful. In general the staff needs a whole lot of training in regards to how to treat guests. Of course this is my first and last time in that place, hope you have good luck with the business.
