The rooms provided had rotten walls and very small. Apart from stay, the personnel were very rude. Sumeet who is the waiter, always has something to say about people. We can’t even ask for a spoon without hearing rules. I understand outside food is not allowed, we were drinking faluda and needed a spoon. We should be provided a spoon so that we eat outside the hotel (as they strictly don’t allow food inside. We tried to eat food in the waiting room as many others waiting there were doing so, then we were told to go to restaurant to eat. When i asked about others they don’t care. When we wanted to eat something in restaurant they tell to go to waiting room. They did provide spoons and i washed and gave them. Rooms are not suitable for 2 people. Deluxe room looks like a storage room. Food was decent. Receptionist was a nice person. I would not recommend couples to go here it’s a bit shady walking to the hotel at night. Also the hotel personnel make you feel bad as though they are giving things from their home.
