Hoteles en Cairns con Gimnasio

El alojamiento en este albergue fue traumático y divertido. La mejor manera de describirlo es imaginar si un hombre de 60 años de edad problemático abrió un albergue con un club nocturno abajo, y todas las actividades sociales fueron diseñadas con otros hombres de 60 años de edad problemáticos en mente. No parecen hacer ningún tipo de equilibrio de género en la cama mixta, una chica que se inspeccionó en mi habitación en medio de la noche, porque se puso en una cama mixta con sólo hombres de más de 50 años. Las actividades sociales son viejas, pero no de buena manera, estoy hablando de concursos de camiseta húmeda, concursos de baile de polacos, peleas de gelatina. Pero honestamente este albergue dio a la mayoría de las chicas que se quedaron aquí el ic, así que terminamos teniendo noches de cine en el piso de las chicas, ir al mercado y Esplanade juntos y al gimnasio gratuito. Las instalaciones de este albergue son muy buenas para ser justas, las habitaciones estaban limpias, todas tenían aire acondicionado y balcón (por desgracia no puede controlar la temperatura del aire acondicionado o desactivarlo cuando está frío fuera), El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los niños y los niños. Si se van a ser un lugar elegante, al menos podrían contratar bailarines Magic Mike. Pero honestamente, sólo necesitan un nuevo manager de entretenimiento y este lugar sería bueno. La ubicación está bien, a unos 20 minutos a pie de la Esplanada.

Stayed 4+1 nights here. Very bad experiences in the end: my wife’s jacket was lost inside the wardrobe, I had to take taxi from airport to the front desk seeking assistance and told them to urgently help as my flight boarding is half hour later. They shared the room had been occupied by new guests and if there is anything left by us the cleaner should have found it. I said I am in a high rush and why not you staff just escort me to go to the room and take a look. They said they need seek internal approvals and when the senior officer came out, she repeated the same words. All of them simply ignored that I was in rush and blindly asked me to be patient, and then they worked in an over-patient way by keeping me at the front desk area without any certainty. Finally I realized going to miss the air flight and had to leave. Half way back to airport they called my wife saying that they have found the jacket and that I am the wrong party who didn’t patiently wait for them to slowly slowly take their time. What a joke! Isn’t said by them that new guests have moved in and if there is anything left by us they should have found it? So now how did they find it out? And, I am the wrong party? I am supposed to wait for them to take time and miss air flight? What a lousy team! They should have worked as officials in a third-class country, who are good at killing time, twisting words and blaming others, rather than in the front line of a reputable hotel.

酒店環境很好，設施齊全，除了泳池還有spa館和好幾間餐廳和bar。位置也不錯，就在海邊，去碼頭稍微有點距離，但去夜市還有市中心都很近。訂的池景房，酒店在得知我們是蜜月旅行後，專門給了我們在頂層可以同時看到池景和海景的房間，額外還送了蜜月禮物，服務態度真的不錯。早餐雖然每天類型都差不多，但是是好吃的，算物有所值。

The Mantra Hotel has outstanding location. It is directly in front of the Woolworths supermarket - the best option in central Cairns. It's also virtually opposite (the esplanade side)the lagoon public beachfront swimming pool. Finally it's just a 5 minute walk from Cairns Cruise Terminal, with outstanding day trips to Green Island, Fitzroy Island and the Reef. I booked a sea view room. When you enter the room, you don't see the ocean, but a building across the road. However, the view from the balcony was amazing. The balcony overlooks the main features of lagoon on the sea front. During the day it is great view - the lagoon pools and sea in the background. At night you cannot see the sea (as to be expected) but you have the amazing lagoon lights, which makes it very desirable and even romantic. Our room was at the end of block, which overlooks a shopping mall (no car noise) - looking right from the balcony is the lagoon view and looking left is a mountain view. However, from 2:00pm to 6:00pm the sun comes directly into the balcony area, which means it unusable until sun sets. Of course if you don't mind baking in the sun on the balcony, this is not really a concern. The room itself is pretty basic. The mini fridge of OK and TV has domestic channels only - no cable TV for BBC/CNN. The bathroom is of a good size. There is combined shower & bath. However, when using the shower, it can slightly flood this bathroom. A shower curtain may be desirable because the glass panel is not sufficient enough. At $225 per night this hotel was not cheap and you can better deals by coming in the off-season OR going bit further down the esplanade, and choosing another hotel. The Mantra does have its own pool and it is wonderfully heated, with normal deck chairs you would expect at 4 star hotel. However, the pool gets very little natural sunlight, because it of its location between 2 buildings. Overall, the hotel has amazing location, and it is still recommended, despite the shortcomings mentioned. My final note: When we checked in, I was impressed with the level of service provided by the receptionist. She had a very welcome attitude and a wonderful personality.

Good location, only a very short walk to the sea from walk along the esplanade. The breakfast is good and the staff are very friendly. There's an activities desk in reception and they offer plenty of choice.

The apartment is rather new. Location is the biggest its advantage. Vert close to bus station and restaurants. The whole block of 1/2 bedroom apartments are next to the “hotel”. The check in and out processes were fast without hassle. During my stay, I found some daily problems that I had to sort out. As the staff at the reception said the apartment is managed by the hotel, however, it is not serviced exactly as the hotel rooms. I prefer to have some information sheet telling some basics solutions. It was not cleaned up every day. We had the cleaning services for the 4th, 8th morning. I have to ask for refilling such as clean towels, toilet papers, rubbish bin bags, dishwashing tabs, I also need to empty the rubbish or food garbage.  Most disappointing, someone having their food in room and drop them nearby my door daily. As the temperature is hot there and stinky smell was suck.

I stayed here twice - the first time, an ordinary room, the 2nd time, I thought maybe the Horizon Club might be a higher level. Before I say anything, I may choose to stay again for the location! This property is not 'Shangri-LA' as you would expect - the windows are all dirty which is disappointing for 'Marina View' rooms... The Horizon lounge furniture is closer to school lunch hall style, and the dinner - well, I don't eat in food halls with sausage rolls and spring rolls. We ate in the main street which was AWESOME!. The ping pong table is bent, bats are without surface, and the air hockey machine without pucks.. Basically a 'cashing in on the brand' experience...

酒店一樓有免費咖啡，去fleet terminal坐船去大堡礁很近，離機場六公里，也不遠，房間挺大的。樓下街對面便利店，出門右轉過一個路口有超市Woolworth,再往前走是夜市，周邊有幾家不錯的牛排店，但要記得預約。環境可以，但感覺對面的Pullman international 更漂亮，冬天黑天比較早，儘量天黑前回酒店，遇到土著小孩離遠一點

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Although the room design is old style(not renovated one), the room is clean and the sea view is amazing. Great location especially to the meet up point of skydive and diving. Just 5 mins walk. Casino is just nearby so you don’t need to worry the night activities. Staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoy the stay a lot.
