Me dieron una habitación sin ducha caliente. Les pedí que la cambiaran a una con ducha caliente. Aceptan mi petición. La habitación era vieja y algunas instalaciones no funcionan correctamente. Por ejemplo, el baño no fluye, el drenaje de la ducha está cerrado. El personal era amable y de apoyo.

Really loved this hotel, the most premium top tier hotel in cdo did not disappoint. The hotel was very clean with complete amenities and the bathroom has a bathtub which was unexpected. The breakfast was next level, very delicious. Will definitely come back here next time.
