Really clean room, good service at the front desk but the aircon is like a cement mixer unfortunately :-( if they sort that out then it’s a perfect stay! Also parking is non existent you need to put your car in a council car park and hope it doesn’t get broken into! Btw don’t stay in a room opposite the travel lodge as you will be away all night! Other than that no issues.

We only stayed one night but had the best nights sleep in months!! The reception staff were very welcoming and the restaurant staff were friendly and very good humoured. Thank you especially to Matt., Anya, Tamara and Madeleine.

Caernarfon Premier Inn is a great place to stay. Very helpful and friendly staff knew the locality and places to eat. The hotel is situated on the sea front in easy reach of town and local car parking is close. Rooms are great and breakfast really excellent.

Very disappointed. Rooms need updating, very drab and no view out of window. Just a wall basically . Thought there would have been sea view as we were in Caernarfon on the quay. Nothing like the photos . Room was small and so was bed. Friends room had a bigger bed even though we paid same price. The staff were lovely though, very helpful. No parking on site. Disabled only. Wouldnt stay there again as I don’t think it was cheap for what we got. We did meal deal at table table. Food was really good and hot. Served really quickly even though they were short of staff. Very busy restaurant. Well done to them.

Stayed one night during our across-Wales cycle. A very average Premier Inn and probably in need of an update - both the hotel and the "Table Table" restaurant. Perfectly acceptable but generally a bit tired. Food was OK - although one of our meals had uncooked (and inedible) sweet potato. Staff were very friendly - particularly Hannah on the Premier Inn reception and the breakfast manager in the restaurant.

Standard older premier inn, great location few minute walk from the town, friendly staff, appeared to be clean enough ( I have learnt over the years never to look to closely) standard hotel problem rooms too hot, winter bedding doesn't make for a good night sleep. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable & set you up for the day. No onsite parking not an issue in a car as there is parking opposite, My son & I were on a motorcycle where parking is a bit more of a concern, a bit of dedicated bike parking would be much appreciated.

We had a couple of health issues on arrival all made that much easier by your amazing staff member Hannah who went out of her way to help us. A total star helping us with car parking nearer to the hotel, finding us a room with more access on the lower floor, helping with our luggage and providing us with a packet of cakes to go with out tea ! Danny also welcoming and ready to provide assistance. Our breakfast at Table Table was also good with a lovely manager Nicola who greeted us warmly each morning and made sure we had all we needed. All in all we loved our stay in Caernarfon and would be back there in a heartbeat ! So, thank you once again Premier Inn
