¡Disfrutamos mucho quedarnos aquí! Lejos del bullicio del centro de Los Cabos, encontrarás paz y tranquilidad dondequiera que mires. ¡También disfruto del gimnasio y especialmente del Pilates! Todo el personal es amable y servicial. ¡Definitivamente querrás comer pico, papas fritas y guacamole en la tienda de delicatessen de las dunas! Todos los restaurantes son deliciosos y los camareros están bien capacitados. Estaremos aquí una y otra vez. El único inconveniente es el taxi caro para ir al centro por algo diferente pero un precio pequeño a pagar por un poco de relajación.

Own 2 weeks but since Tafer purchased several interactions have been bad and make no sense. Their exchange program is basically worthless since they offer an ‘equal’ or lower accommodation at one of their other hotels - my Villa accommodates 11 people but they only offer me a 3 BR loft in another Tafer hotel. Would never use it. Makes no sense. Next, I paid my maintenance fee for next year but realized I can’t use it next year as my family has another commitment. I’ve asked several times about giving up my week in 2025 and applying the fee to my week in 2026. I can’t get a straight answer from their reps after asking clearly about this several times. Really annoying dealing with the staff especially since I was previously told I could apply it to the following year. Now I get vague and unclear responses. Otherwise, I’d give up my week for a refund of the maintenance fee. I ‘think’ they want to keep my fee and just give me another week in 2026 but that’s not acceptable since I already have 2 weeks in 2026 and we’re not going to go to Cabo from the East Coast 3 times in a year. And then, finally, even if you try and get another week an alternative week is never available. So it’s a poor system. They keep your fee and tell you to take another week next year even if you don’t want another week AND there really no weeks available anyway. Very frustrating dealing with them. The shame is that for 12 years it’s been great. Until now.
