Overall the hotel is very new, the room is spacious, the smart TV is easy to use, quite popular among both international and local guests. The convenience store inside the hotel 1st floor is great especially during winter time, we don't need to go out of the building at all. Also you can refill your water bottles at the dispenser located on every floor.
We arrived earlier than the check in time, there are self serviced lockers for storing baggages. And then the hotel staff invited us to check in 1 hour earlier. The desks on the 3rd floor has a good view of the beach and like a modern co working space.
However, there is no cotton pads / hair brush provided, which is a bit inconvenient.

El hotel está bien, un poco clásico a la vieja manera. Lo único que no me gustó fue que eran muy estrictos en la hora de check in a las 15hs. Ni siquiera quisieron chequear si nuestra habitación tal vez estaba lista una hora antes, es la primera vez que un hotel se rehusó a intentar ver si había posibilidad de entrar una hora antes.
Las instalaciones comunes son muy buenas, el gimnasio es impresionante.

1️⃣Cosas buenas
・La vista desde la habitación (piso 18 con vista al mar) era increíble. Disfrutamos del paisaje tanto de noche como de mañana.
・El suelo de la habitación estaba bien limpio.
・Estaba preocupado por las chinches y revisé la cama, pero la colchoneta, las sábanas y el futón estaban muy limpios.
・La ducha y el inodoro estaban en la misma habitación, pero el piso drenaba y se secaba suavemente, lo que hacía que su uso fuera cómodo.
2️⃣Eso fue decepcionante
・El primer día, tal vez lo había olvidado, no había ninguna alfombra de baño, lo cual fue un problema.
・El primer día, una de las toallas de baño tenía rasgaduras y manchas que parecían ser base.

Everything was good. The girl at the check-in counter was excellent. She tried hard to let us check in early, knowing that we had a red-eye flight and we were so tired. We've got a good room with a good view. There are plenty of restaurants around the area. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

🏨 Fairfield by Marriott Busan

Stayed two nights in Fairfield by Marriott Busan to be close to Marina City for an event in mid October 2024.
📍Location: Fairfield by Marriott Busan is located in a less eventful part of Busan. Not the best pick if you want to be where the action is. I have stayed near the Busan train station and in Nampo previously and enjoyed those parts of Busan more.
🚕 Accessibility: it takes about 15 minutes' walk to the hotel (with luggage on uneven roads) from the drop off point at What The Burger which is where the Haeundae Intercity Bus alighted customers from Incheon Airport. The bus journey takes close to 5.5 hours with two rest stops and a stop at Nopo Terminal.
Kakao Taxi fare from Fairfield by Marriott Hotel to Haeundae Intercity Bus Terminal costs about KRW5000-6000.
🛌🏽 Room: No complaints for the price point and what you see is what you get as befitting a Marriott property. There is construction opposite the hotel so paying for the city view on a high floor will avoid that if you are bothered by a construction view. The sea is not nearby so look for another option if that is important.
👣 Amenities: I did read another review about the paper thin room slippers and wisely packed a pair from home.
🍲 Food Options: I arrived at night and didn't find too many food options in the evening as everything seems to be closed early. There are convenience shops nearby and a Paris Baguette a few blocks away.
Hotel breakfast is available at Bistro 314 on Level 2 of the hotel at a discounted rate of 16,500KRW for hotel guests if you book in advance.
🏋️ There is a fitness centre on Basement 1 next to the self service coin laundry.
Rating: 3⭐
Stay here if you have business nearby and want to save time travelling but not as a tourist with limited time wanting to explore the best of what Busan has to offer.

You can borrow a HDMI-iPhone cable to mirror to TV for YouTube/Netflix. Family room was queen and single beds. Daily snacks such as macaroons, chocolates or fruits. Concierge and check in/out service was polite and prompt. Short cut from hotel to LCT mall (towards Haeundae beach) was very handy. The mall has few shops opened such as a bakery, 7-11, and cafes. Hotel is in the building on far right in pic.

¡La experiencia del check-in es muy buena! La ubicación es excelente. Tome la salida 7 de la estación de metro Haeundae de la línea 2 y llegará a la entrada del hotel a más de 10 metros a la derecha. La estación de autobuses y la estación de metro están justo enfrente del hotel. Es muy conveniente para ir a cualquier parte. Dormí muy bien, el apartamento era como una casa pequeña, el baño era bastante grande, la cocina estaba bien y el balcón daba al mar. En cuanto al ascensor, creo que se puede ignorar siempre que no tengas prisa.

Ocean view was awesome. The beach was close and there was a bus stop right near the hotel, so it was nice to move around. However, the person paying at the buffet felt unkind. Other than that, it was perfect. Other than that, the bathroom in the room was a little uncomfortable, everything was great.

First time stay in this hotel. Overall is awesome stay. Their service are tip top, always there to assist the customers needs. When we reach the hotel, they will guide us to get us to have a seat while waiting. Making us feel very comfortable.
Room is big and nice. The room that I have booked is facing the ocean therefore is tremendously beautiful.
Hotel breakfast is kind of expensive.
Location is good. Just a few mins walk to the Haeundae market.
Downside: Need to queue for the lift as it is very slow.
We will definitely stay in this hotel again

UUsuario invitadoHablemos primero de la ubicación del hotel. Está ubicado en Jung-gu, Busan. Ya sea que vayas a Haeundae o Songdo, no te sentirás muy lejos. Hay tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes locales cerca. Es delicioso y la cafetería del hotel también es bastante buena.
La decoración del hotel es de muy buen gusto y las fotografías promocionales son exactamente como se verá cuando te quedes allí, lo que puede compensar por completo el arrepentimiento de no poder vivir junto a la playa en Busan. muy atento y ha preparado un tocadiscos, postales, sellos y un libro de visitas en la habitación. La gente tiene muchas ganas de quedarse en la habitación un rato más. Los artículos de tocador y los refrigerios también son marcas locales seleccionadas por el anfitrión. Pasé una buena y cómoda noche de sueño en el hotel.
El servicio fue muy considerado. Tomé un taxi desde el aeropuerto de Busan hasta el hotel, pero el conductor no estaba familiarizado con la ubicación. Llamé al empleado para pedir ayuda a mitad del camino, pero el empleado calculó nuestra hora de llegada y esperó directamente en la puerta. hotel. Cuando al principio no usamos la tarjeta de crédito, el jefe salió a ayudarnos a pagar la cuenta primero. El servicio general es muy reconfortante.
El único inconveniente menor fue que el filtro de café y una taza de café no parecían estar completamente limpios.

CChrisThis is the most American hotel I’ve been to outside of America. By this I mean that they’ll cut an exponential amount of corners to cut costs. Small rooms, small towels, no free toothbrushes/toothpaste, lackluster wifi, no smart toilet, old TV, denied request for free late checkout. Lobby has a warehouse atmosphere.
On the other hand this property has some strengths. You can’t beat the location, down near the end of the main Hyundae Beach street. The bathtub was big. Staff spoke excellent English.
Overall I feel let down by this space and I’d recommend checking out other options before settling here

MMariasmdCasualmente, está ubicado justo al pie de la torre Diamond, también conocida como torre Busan, y está justo en la calle peatonal con todas las tiendas y restaurantes. Las ubicaciones son geniales. Fácil acceso a todo: metro, centro comercial Lotte e innumerables restaurantes y tiendas, todo a 300-800 metros de este hotel. El registro fue de menos de un minuto y me saludaron por mi nombre. El hotel estaba muy limpio e incluso olía increíble. Hay un par de desventajas. Primero, mi habitación no estaba hecha a pesar de que me quedé 2 noches. No hay ganchos para toallas cerca del lavabo o la bañera. Esto fue extraño y un poco incómodo. Por lo demás todo fue genial. Tenga en cuenta que el baño es de concepto abierto, lo que significa que el inodoro y la ducha están en la misma habitación, por lo que una vez que se haya duchado, la habitación estará toda mojada.

UUsuario invitadoElegimos un hotel para pasar una noche, guiados por la comodidad de abordar los autobuses turísticos. La ubicación es excelente: nos intimidaron unos marineros borrachos y una calle rusa al estilo de los 90, pero nada de esto se hizo realidad. El hotel en sí no está mal, la limpieza es mala: la habitación tiene baño, pero estaba mal lavado, todo cubierto de pelos *****s... La ropa de cama está manchada. Las toallas son pequeñas. Quizás los grandes también estaban allí, pero no había fuerzas para correr a buscarlos. Agua caliente con buena presión, cosméticos matutinos disponibles. Recepción: ni rastro de servicio (intentaron averiguar dónde se celebraba el desayuno, atención nula). Hay desayuno, sin lujos. Importante: ¡la ventana de la habitación da al conducto de ventilación!
