Otelde superior odada kalma fırsatımız oldu. Genel olarak odadaki herşey gayet iyiydi. İhtiyaç duyulacak herşey mevcuttu. Sadece termal spa konseptli bir otelde odaya döndüğümde yüzme kıyafetlerini kurutacak biryer olmaması bizi biraz sıkıntıya sokmuştu. Otelin termal-spa bölümü gerçekten çok konforlu ve çok sayıda seçenek mevcut. Yeme içme konusunda ise sabah kahvaltısındaki ürün çeşitliliği ve ürünlerin tazeliğini çok beğendim. Otel bebekle tatil geçirmek içinde çok elverişlidir. Kısacası bize 3 günlük güzel bir deneyim sundu.

Very modern, clean hotel with great amenities. Gym, pool, sauna and hot mineral pool were all amazing. Room was spacious, well decorated, super clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Location is across from many restaurants and a couple of big malls. No complaints. There was no loud music as noted in other reviews. Very satisfied with my stay!

La zona de la lobby y el café del hotel son buenos y cómodos para estar en. Y el spa del hotel cuenta con una fantástica piscina térmica interior y una bonita piscina exterior. Recomiendo al Palacio de Celik a cualquiera que visite Bursa, especialmente a las familias, esperando nuestra próxima visita.

We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

El hotel era agradable en una ubicación agradable que estuvimos allí para disfrutar de esquí en Uludag pero queríamos quedarnos en la ciudad y tuvimos un gran acceso a restaurantes y tiendas a 5 minutos a pie. El personal era agradable y prefiero la bolsa a Estambul y esta ubicación era excelente , Además, el servicio de valet fue grande y concierge fue tan útil

El hotel necesita un buen limpio. Las carpetas están pintadas y sucias. La puerta de baño estaba siendo llevada con cinta de conducto. La cama fue hecho el día, sin embargo no se estaba rectificando. Me hubiera esperado un tren de toallas calentada, pero no había. No deje su tarjeta de habitación en el slot! El mantenimiento de la casa lo arrojará cada vez y cancelará su tarjeta para que se te cierre. Me puse mi tarjeta SIM plástico en la slot para que la iluminación se apagara y ellos la tiraron también. Había todos mis números personales en ella y nunca fue devuelto ni recuperado y no se pedía disculpa. El hamam fue la peor experiencia en mi vida. El calor de la hamam no funcionaba, así que me sentí como una exfoliación de papel de arena con un sabón y una cuchara con agua nilo. El hotel era muy bueno en su ubicación, el hotel era bonito en su edificio, el spa de la piscina térmica era bonito. Las habitaciones estaban bien, la habitación era generalmente limpia, el desayuno era muy bueno. Después de eso, nuestro hotel en la Bolsa será el Ramada Bolsa Chekirge. Sólo sugiero que se pueda ofrecer un servicio de navegación desde el hotel a Uludağ, lo que será muy útil para los clientes.
