Great place Nice facilities Quiet Thanks for everything

We loved our stay at Broad Leaf Villas, the setting of the villas are very private and the garden was Tropical lush and beautiful to sit on the balcony for breakfast. Yes there were little things that could be better but overall am glad we chose this accommodation. Close and convenient to everything

Our stay here was very disappointing and not up to our expectations. The Villa was quite dark and dingy and had very basic amenities. eg the complimentary coffee was in a tiny take away sauce container and there were no condiments (shampoo, moisturiser etc) in the bathroom. We had to ask for soap as they had forgotten it. There was no couch in the living area; only two straight backed armchairs, so it was not at all comfortable when watching TV or reading a book. The villa had a tiny balcony which looked straight into dense forest-so no view whatsoever (not even of the gardens). We felt as if we were still in suburbia back home, not on a beautiful island. We stayed there only the one night and then sourced beautiful accommodation at the Islander Resort, which had the best views on Norfolk and which was much more what we were looking for. We thoroughly enjoyed the rest of our visit. If planning to visit Norfolk Island, we would not recommend accomodation at Broadleaf Villas, unless you are happy to accept a fairly basic standard.

Well appointed and comfortable. My only criticism is that on 3 occasions I tried to contact the manager on minor matters but his phone was switched off.

On arrival to this beautiful retreat, we were cheerfully met by Jo Jo. She gave us all the info on our accommodation ( + laundry facility) and Island info. Handed us a free mobile phone for the length of our stay - leaving her contact number if we had any problems. Amazing! Our villa was very clean, spacious & well maintained. Great location, walking distance to restaurants & village shops. Also, a lovely walk down to Kingston and Emily Beach. However, still quiet, private & tranquil - an idyllic place to stay for our wedding anniversary.

From the moment that we arrived at Broad leaf to the day we left the villa, we felt we had come home. We began by being welcomed by the manager, left a mobile phone that worked on the island, with her emergency contact number, a torch in case of power cuts a small radio, an umbrella. All these little things grow into completing perfect holiday accommodation. The villa was spotlessly clean and easy to relax in, cook and just sit on the deck overlooking the garden. We will return!
