Very strategic place as it is super near to Jam Gadang, only couple of minutes walking distance. The staffs are nice and friendly and super helpful. Theres only 1 small lift, and it is taking forever on the lift waiting as the limit is only 5 person to be in the lift. May need to improve on the pest control as theres an incident when my nephew had a cockroach resting on his shirt (out of nowhere) while he was walking. May also need to consider the room’s air freshener (they are using coffee smell type?)

i was given the last available deluxe room.
the moment i stepped in, woah... the smell that came from the toilet was unbearable.
i informed the hotel management about this predicament.
hopefully they may take prompt action to address this issue.

Penginapan yg sangat ok...
Untuk destinasi wisata dekat... G prlu kemana2 pakai kendaraan... Cukup jalan kaki aja....
Harga terjangkau,.. kamar bersih terawat...

receptionnya pilih2 pelanggan hanya dr penampilan.bahasa tidak sopan .bernada tinggi..
sudah dilengkapi data msh tidak sopan..bahasa selalu dgn tuduhan dan ancaman,,
hanya karna 1 karyawan harus dpt rate buruk.
padahal dr hotelnya msh ruko biasa udah langganan.makin bagus bangunan makin kurang servicenya.
tidak nyaman untuk menetap lama.
kamar pesanan jg tidak sesuai yg dipesan
