Las instalaciones del hotel son viejas, los muebles de la habitación son demasiado negros, son muy gruesos, entran en la habitación son muy presiónados. La ubicación del hotel es relativamente estrecha, hay 5 kilómetros de la tienda de compras, no es conveniente.

Buena página: 1) Situación estratégica para los clientes de comida y reunión cerca de Bukit Mertajam. 2) Precio inferior a Citadines (el mismo edificio) 3) Tenemos lavavajillas. Página neutral: Self check in Bajada: 1) Los antígenos de fuego (continuaron amargos y causaron mala inflamación) se encuentran todos los días. 2) Se informó de los antígenos de incendio pero nada fue no durante 2 días (residiendo 5D4N) hasta que yo solicite solución. 3) El servicio es malo, ni siquiera se disculpó después de que les dije el problema y les recuerdo que no ”cortese”. 4) El gimnasio es sólo una vieja rack que se rompió y pocos trampillas. Conclusiones, no volverán a ir a menos que cambien su comportamiento.

El hotel de negocios moderno está situado en una ubicación confortable en el área de Iconic City, con muchas opciones de comedor. Sin embargo, si se comparte con un colega, puede que no sea muy conveniente ya que el baño está situado fuera del baño, junto a un baja cuentador con la caldera y las tazas. Overall good. However: 1. Only one hanger in the closet. 2. Dispenser holder broken. Only soap container placed on top of tissue roller and without shampoo container.

Overall the apartment is cozy. We loved the stay. The swimming pool is very basic type just meant for kids. There is a table tennis and a simple gym for guests. The apartment is clean. However after the next day os our stay, my wife's eyes was bitten by some bugs which we found at the master bedroom. Her face and eyes got swollen badly. I search online and found out that these bugs are very poisonous. I know the hotel management can't control the bugs from flying into the unit. But we as guests shouldn't suffer this kind of painful experience too. The management has yet revert me of what action should I take now.. I am writing this review so that all guests should always check their unit for these flying bugs. Other than that, this apartment is a good choice to stay. Staff are helpful and friendly too.

One of my favourite hotels in Penang, I come here at least once a quarter. They provide good quality accommodation. Hotels' rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast has several choices. I had stated in this hotel many times, but this time, there were no welcome back snacks, and they arranged for me to stay a lower floor room. (Previously always at higher floor rooms, which has a better view and privacy)

La ubicación es buena y el personal de la cabaña es muy agradable. La próxima vez se quedará en esta casa.
