Delightful BnB gem hidden away from the well beaten track The hosts are welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay as wonderful as possible Nothing is too hard or difficult and will accomplish requests to the best of their abilities We have now stayed there 3 times unfortunately a break of 10 years but nothing has diminished either in hospitality or service It is a hidden Gem centrally located in heart of Cornwall allowing you access to most visitor spots from this location Can not more highly recommend this place - we consider this our second home away from home

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 days. The hosts are so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely including fresh strawberries and lots of choice. Our room was immaculate, lovely and clean with an en suite. Beautiful garden and 2 lovely little dogs. Situated in a very quiet road with on site parking. Would highly recommend . Thank you for an enjoyable stay Ian and Wayne.

An exceptionally excellent bed and breakfast in a beautiful location. Ian is a wonderful host and nothing is too much trouble. My daughter and I were attending one of the Eden Sessions and as taxis would have been tricky, Ian offered to take us and pick us up for a small fee which was a great help. Room was fabulous, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was spot on and I'm fussy, served in a lovely conservatory, overlooking a very beautiful garden! We shall certainly be back. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our recent stay in Cornwall. Edens Rest is a little gem. Ian was wonderful from the first emails we exchanged right through to check out. Our room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice. We were so grateful to be offered the additional service of a lift there and back to the Eden Project to see a concert. Edens Rest is perfectly located for all the best places to visit in Cornwall and we wouldn't hesitate booking to stay there again.

Had a lovely, comfortable stay at Eden's Rest. Ian was very welcoming and made us a cup of tea when we arrived. Our room was clean, with comfortable beds and everything available to have hot or cold drinks and a chocolate each. The property has a lounge for guests to relax in and a lovely garden to sit when the sun is shining. As we were travelling around on public transport, Ian took us to the Lost Gardens of Heligan for a small fee and offered to drop us at Bugle train station, on the day we left as it was raining. The breakfasts were delicious including cereals, fruit, juice, cooked food, toast, tea and coffee. Ian also provided some tasty veggie sausages for me. We had a great short stay in Cornwall which was made better by staying at Eden's Rest and meeting Ian and his friendly dogs.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Eden's Rest. Ian was extremely welcoming & went above & beyond to make our stay perfect. Edens Rest is gorgeous as is the garden also. The property & garden were so quiet & relaxing we left feeling so relaxed. Ian’s breakfast is a not to be missed meal, delicious what ever the choice.

We had a really warm welcome from Ian whose hosting skills and attention to detail were second to none! We had the Rose Room with it's lovely large bathroom down the hall. Everything we needed was to hand from drinks, chocolates, biscuits and water. The room folder was also very handy for places to eat, as well as Ian's recommendations. Beautiful, hig spec, comfortable accommodation. Very clean with a lovely calm, relaxing energy about it. The breakfasts were delicious, with lots of choice and cooked to perfection every morning! The Edens Rest is a real hidden gem. Thank you Ian for making our week's stay so comfortable...it felt like a real home from home, and your practical tips and suggestions for how to improve our stay were much appreciated.

It was an absolutely magnificent haven and a place so lovely and immaculate. Divine owner Ian - so incredibly friendly and welcoming. Delicious brekkie, stunning garden, heavenly beds - just perfect! We will most certainly be back again and again! Thank you!
