A truly terrific hotel. Myself and Tricia have arrived home after a marvellous week. The rooms are spotless and well furnished. Pool is tremendous and hotel staff really efficient. Nothing not to like. EXCEPT Tivat Airport coming home this morning. UNORGANISED CHAOS. Plane left an hour late due to the terminal chaos.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Lovely staff, happy to help and very friendly. Continental breakfast, plenty of choice for everyone. Pool area very quiet and relaxing, never had an issue for sunbeds. Hotel also provided towels for the pool. The only downside - room booked with a balcony overlooking the pool. I am an early riser so enjoy sitting on balcony to read. NO! There were no chairs or table, I asked but it is not allowed. I wasn’t given a reason. So if you enjoy sitting on your balcony early morning or early evening then this isn’t for you. Saying that if you got a side room then you could sit out!!

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised the hotel looks lovely and was very clean and modern. We had requested a balcony room with pool view which we got but theres no furniture on it so you cant sit out on it so was a waste of time. Was told there is one chair in our room which was like a padded one and to put that on the balcony but when one of the other guests did they got a phone call from reception telling them to take it back in. Also we were 3 in a room but not catered for 3 of us only 2 of everything. We kept asking for another tea cup but never got one. We took one up from breakfast so we could all have a brew but the cleaners took it back. You're not allowed to even drink your own water by the pool you have to buy there's which at €4.50 was expensive. They watch you like hawks to make sure. I understand not eating your own food or alcohol but surely water is a necessity when it was over 40 degrees. The hotel staff were not friendly or welcoming apart from one young girl called Katarina she was always so nice. The breakfast was so random and seemed to be what was left from the night before eg fish fingers, pasta, popcorn chicken, pizza pie, cheese pie always eggs but no toast. People who were half board said the evening food was really bad and some ended up eating out. If you bought food off the menu that was very nice so couldn't understand difference in the quality. When we first got there they have 6 cabanas and we were told these were free you just had to book the day before with reception. We tried to book twice but they forgot to put our room number down for one. Part of the week they were free but then on the Sunday they decided that you had to pay €50 for one day. You didn't get money back you had to use it on food and drink. Needless to say that day they were all empty. So the next day they were back to being free lol. The pool area we thought was lovely and always so clean. We knew the hotel was in a built up area but it is very overlooked and close to all the other buildings. It was very handy for the bus station which we used for our days out. Very good bus service. Budva old town is lovely and not too far away. Overall the hotel is a lovely place just let down by stupid rules and food definitely needs to improve. Also staff could be more friendly. I've never stayed at a hotel where as soon as you check out they run up and check your room it felt like they didn't trust us at all.

A very nice hotel but not in the best location. Surrounded by residential properties, some of which overlooked the pool. Our room was a good size and we had a good sized balcony, albeit over looking said properties. We could see a bit of the pool area and a nice hill. There was a small mini-bar in the room, but it was forbidden to put anything of your own in there. The room, in fact the whole hotel, was very clean. Most staff were very nice, especially Elena (hope that's spelt correctly). She couldn't do enough for us. The other receptionist was quite rude at one point and spoke to my husband and I like we were children, in front of other guests too. Pool area okay but as the weather got hotter it became quite oppressive as it was surrounded by buildings which seemed to trap the heat. We managed to find a good quick route down to the beach which was better. We were half board and the food wasn't too bad, but was very limited towards the end of our stay. There was always a nice array of salads, meats and cheeses at breakfast which would have been appreciated at dinner. The homemade bread was very tasty. Large supermarket a couple of minutes walk away for any bits and bobs. We hired a car for a couple of days and there was a big gated free car park which was great. It was difficult to find though as the entrance was a little gap in parked cars at the rear of the hotel. All in all a good break.

This is a very nice hotel, clean, good location for our use, nice pool, nice restaurant but food is rubbish - which needs to be improved for this style/type of hotel. I am a vegetarian so food experience worse, every Brit here moaned to each other about the food. Not enough, quality and choice poor. If you don’t come down within the first hour, food runs out and gets cold. My choice last night of hot food was: cold French fries, mash potatoes and mash potatoes with spinach. They for some reason put bacon in the pasta dish?? So went out for pizza. Breakfast is poor too, same issues quality, choice and warmth. One day there was a toaster, next day there wasn’t. Totally ignored us and failed to bring it out when asked - Shame as preferred toast above all other offerings. That said I would come here again as it is a lovely hotel - just would not pay the extra money to eat here, lots of cafes and restaurants around serving good food. Although if you purchase food of menus it is all lovely. One other strange rule, I was told not to eat the peanuts I brought to the pool as they weren’t purchased here? Funny as that was my breakfast substitute as the breakfast was poor again!

The hotel had a very warm reception, all the time it felt like we were Very welcome.Very clean hotel. Nice pool area. I was in the hotel with my 6 year old son. My son wanted me to send a postcard from the trip to kindergarten, but unfortunately we didn't have time to buy a stamp for it. I left the card with the stamp money at the hotel and said that if they don't post it, it can be thrown away. I just found out last week that the card had arrived at the kindergarten. Just super nice and good people work there. I will definitely go back there
