Premier Inn Buckingham

Just what you’d expect from a standard premier inn. Plenty of free parking. Supermarkets & costa on your doorstep. Polite staff, clean room and everything in working order. Standard premier inn breakfast at restaurant. No issues apart from WiFi is bad. But I find that a lot at premier inns.

Friendly welcome easy check-in and a very clean comfy room. Especially like the lighting options and a decent shower and bed. Heating worked really well too as it was a cold night. Really handy location as travelling from east to west and needed a stop halfway (was close enough to main road links but without being on top of the busy traffic, as on a retail park tucked away). Buckingham a 5 min drive away and this had some top-notch options for food/social and a decent car park.

The hotel offers excellent service Nihal and and breakfast team and Faroouk service is excellent, clean rooms, and a great location. Amenities are top-notch, and staff is friendly. However, Wi-Fi could be better. Overall, a great stay for the price. Easy access to train station.

The hotel staff mainly Duya and kerry always go the extra mile to help I can't praise them enough,rooms always spotless and I'm in here virtually every week through work and it just makes it that little bit easier,keep it up ladies doing a brilliant job 👏 😀

Overall OK stay at Premier Inn Buckingham. Comfortable beds and good sleep other than the sound of the air conditioning being bothersome. Rooms were mostly clean aside from some dust and stains on sofa. The big let down was the welcome. The person at reception who greeted us on arrival was very cold, stared at us unconformably and supplied us with incorrect information about breakfast times. Staff also do not readily answer phones when there are issues during the stay. Also, because of the incorrect information given, we missed the majority of breakfast and did not get value for money for the breakfasts we paid for. Premier Inn have not supported us in trying to get a refund. All in all, the stay was practical and convenient with an appreciation for a good night's sleep and the facilities. However, we were disappointed by the staff at the Premier Inn.

The hotel was well located as we were visiting family in Buckingham . The hotel was warm and clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. I was a litle worried about the safety of my car as it was full of Christmas presents, as we were on our way to visit other relative. I did not have to worry as the carpark had video camera survellience and was very safe. I will definately stay here again.
