Greencraig Pods

Lovely site very quiet and nice facilities but not secure! There is a footpath running through the site which seems to be used by local lads to get into the woods and bridge. Just watched as a car of four parked up and walked though at 9pm. Real shame but it made me feel uncomfortable.

Absolutely beautiful scenery! Pitched up with our campervan with my other half and the 3 kids (8,7, and 8months) lovely park to play in and showers were so lovely and hot and so clean! We were the only ones there and its was lovely! Wish we could have stayed more than 1 night! X

Just stayed at Greencraig for 3 nights as a family of 4. The pods and the area are spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The family were so welcoming too. We had a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Would recommend Elgin and Lossiemouth as nice places to visit

These are the best pods i’ve stayed in , immaculately clean with insitu shower and toilet ,clever layout with it’s own wee kitchenette sink and well stocked crockery & enough room for a kitchen table and a sofa/bed. Situated just outside Buckie ( with a great Tesco ) and beautiful scenery . We saw an an amazing sunset over the sea . The host Angela could not have been better giving us a lift into Buckie to get us started on the Spayside way . We loved our stay and hope to return.

We arrived as a family of 4 for a night away. The pod was spotless, well equipped and cosy. We wished we hired the bbq hut while there but will definantly do this next time. The kids had so much fun, they were out playing on the park and ride on toys until after 10pm, they didn't want to come in. Tesco is a short trip away about 5 mins in car if you need anything and there is a little shop on site also. Will definantly be back as it was a beautiful pod and we enjoyed ourself.

Booked for a family of 5 (6yr, 4yr, 1yr olds), and on arrival we were told there was a larger ‘pod’ that would more suitable than the nice looking glamming pod we had booked and were looking forward to staying in. The pod we were given was not the nice wooden type, but internally looked more like a portacabin with white panelled walls and a toilet and kitchen, and the door opened directly onto the car park with no immediate area for children to play on. Other people’s cars were within about 6 feet of our door, along with the bins. We expressed our disappointment to the people who were running the site while the owners were away and their response was that they thought it was nice accommodation. We would not recommend this particular accommodation at all as it was not very homely or the traditional glamming pod feel that you will see on the website.
