Great location for public transport and the city itself Clean and big rooms with fridge, kettle etc Checked in early no problem Staff very helpful and accommodating Safe area just off main road Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that

I had work in the center of Bucharest and I found this hotel, very good conditions, excellent breakfast, new rooms, cleanliness, friendly and kind staff. I highly recommend it if you need something safe. The quality/price ratio is very good.

Exceptional value right on the edge of old town! You’ll be hard-pressed to find amenities & location anywhere near as good as Liad at this price point. Responsive & extremely helpful english speaking manager/ host, huge & spotlessly clean rooms with all new furnishings, with tasteful modern (almost Scandinavian) decor. Good sized elevator. Large & comfortable queen beds. Strong Wi-Fi. Powerful water pressure & quickly warming hot water (crucial in winter). Efficient radiant heat. Easy pin code access to come & go thru the front door. Desk & chair for comfortable work space. Killer view from the top floor (level 6). Close to all the sights of Old Town, & easy access to all modes of public transport (also only about 12-15 lei from the train station by Uber). Great coffee across the street & left at Coffee Station Coltea (see review- tasty flat white only 7 lei, good, strong espresso). Great cheap breakfast to the right & 2 blocks away at Papila (see review- tasty eggs, pancetta & toast for a few dollars). Several markets a couple blocks away (to the left, heading to old town), late night doner spot in the same direction/ area. This is a great place to stay in Bucharest, with a level of comfort far surpassing the price!

This is one the worst hotel experiences I have ever experienced. First the reception. I came to the reception the hotel door was locked. They told me a code and told me to leave my luggage. They told me come at noon. There is no security nor nothing. Then I was placed on the 3rd floor next to the rooms of those Arab speaking people. They did all of kinds of partying all night. They never closed their doors. I am still at the hotel waiting my Uber and their doors are open and they keep disturbing everyone. I could not sleep at all. You can not complain because there is no one to complain. Moreover, the A/C does not work. They switch of the general heating after some time and it is 0 degrees out by 27.01.2023. If you are a family or looking for a decent stay , I strongly urge you to stay away from this so called hotel.

L'hotel è in una comoda posizione per visitare Bucarest. La struttura è pulita e il personale gentile. Comoda la reception 24/24 con bar nella hall. Neo: la mia camera aveva anche una finestra sul cortile interno da cui entrava luce durante la notte. Ho risolto parzialmente da solo il problema appendendo una coperta fin dove arrivavo. Inoltre il frigo e gli scarichi facevano del rumore. Quindi per dormire mi sarei aspettato di meglio.

Sono andata con il mio ragazzo e un’altra coppia di amici per festeggiare il capodanno a Bucarest e oltre alla posizione strategica purtroppo sono rimasta molto delusa per varie cose. 1.Abbiamo prenotato con questi amici due stanze pagando la stessa somma, quando siamo entrati ognuno nelle proprie camere, la loro stanza era abbastanza spaziosa con bagno accettabile mentre la mia stanza puzzava letteralmente di cacca già da fuori al corridoio🤮 per di più era un tugurio vero e proprio con un mini bagno dove facevi la doccia a terra (sporchissimo) e non sapevi dove poggiare le cose. Abbiamo chiesto di farcela cambiare ma non hanno voluto sapere nulla. 2. Pulizia pessima (in realtà non vengono mai a pulire le stanze) 3. I cambi avvengono ogni 3 giorni cosa assurda soprattutto per le asciugamani. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere anche la carta igienica😅 4. Pareti super sottili, senti tutto di tutti😂 Devo continuare? Tornerò ma sicuramente non lì.
